The eel here is delicious, the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy. If you make a reservation an hour before arriving at the restaurant, you can have it as soon as you arrive ❤️ The location is also good ⭕️ If you want to be healed, please come! ️

[Use for food and drink only]It's nothing but a taste. It appears to be an in-house operation. Inside the store, there is a fan rather than an air conditioner, so you can drink cold barley tea while still feeling the heat. There are covered wooden tables outside where you can eat while looking out at the view. There are several ponds (fish preserves) with carp and sweetfish (yamame trout?) swimming right next to them. Sturgeon (perhaps for caviar) are kept on the other side of the bushes. I think all of them are fertile and are growing in an environment that is very close to nature. Even carp are big. I'm writing this before eating, but it goes without saying that the taste of the food is amazing. By the way, I ordered grilled eel and salted sweetfish.

I listened to the sound and ate some sturgeon ramen.I discovered ramen from an acquaintance that gave me energy. I heard that, so I went to eat. I've known this restaurant for a long time, and it's a hidden gem of an eel restaurant. I was surprised because I didn't know about sturgeon ramen.It looked like a medicinal dish, but it wasn't like that; it was a delicious, rich ramen with a strong dashi stock.Sturgeon tempura is topped with caviar, and you can fully enjoy it. As I continued to eat, I felt like my body was heating up. Next time I'll eat it with eel.Children will also be happy to see sturgeon and char in the pond.

The butterfly shark ramen was very delicious. You can also enjoy eel and sweetfish at reasonable prices. The problem may be that the location of the store is a little difficult to find.The staff at the restaurant are friendly and I think you can enjoy your meal comfortably.
