A private bath is great! The scenery was nothing special, but it was quiet and I was able to take my time and reflect on myself. The hot water was nice and I was surprised that my wife and daughter's skin was so shiny lol.You can't tell much from the outside of the inn, but the interior is a mix of Japanese and Western style rooms and is very clean. The room had a good Hoshino resort style.As other reviews have said, the food was very delicious. I will visit again!

Niigata Hotel FutabaThe location was a little hard to find, but we managed to get there, and the room was modern and nice, but due to problems with drainage, the bathroom was full of water, and the toilet was flooded with water overflowing from the floor, and it was hot at night. I woke up many times and couldn't get a good night's sleep.The stink bugs in the room made it smell bad.The food wasn't as good as the variety. I was thinking of taking a day trip to Niigata.

The heartfelt hospitality was amazing. The food was delicious and the room was clean. What bothered me was that the hallway was not flat. This is an inn that I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity!

The food was delicious❗We were very satisfied with the variety and quantity of dishes made with seasonal ingredients. The sweets in the room were homemade pudding. The tea in the room was also delicious. This inn offers homemade dressings, jams, yogurt, and warm hospitality. There are two baths that can be reserved for private use. All the baths felt good.

When I told them I would be taking my mother, who has a disability, with me, she gave me a very nice room on the first floor next to the bathroom. The small inn is quiet (maybe we're the only guests staying today?), the hot springs are excellent, the SV is warm and family-run, and above all, the food! !The food was delicious both in the morning and in the evening. It felt like staying at a ryokan ♡
