The way employees talk to customers is the worst. Worst in the customer service industry❗

Anyway, this time I stayed on a cheap plan, so I went with the idea that as long as I could sleep in the accommodation, it would be OK. It felt more like a training camp than a business hotel (lol), and the minimum facilities in the room were a bed, a small TV, and a refrigerator, but that was enough. The large public bath was not a hot spring, but it was clean and I was satisfied. There is a supermarket across the road, so I bought a boxed lunch. The staff at the hotel also left me alone after checking in, so I felt at ease.

I use it when I visit my grave and go home. All you need to do is sleep, and you can eat dinner and then go back, or go to the supermarket across the street and have a lunch and some alcohol. However, the parking lot is small, so I park in the entrance slot and go to the reception desk, but I'm always told, ``You can't go there.'' I know, because I just arrived. Why should you be angry? This is due to the hotel not specifying the parking lot at the time of reservation. That's the only thing that makes me uncomfortable. The reception seems to have a bad reputation.

All the staff are very polite and kind.Cleaning is done properly.Since the sound comes through the tube, the hallway is quiet. The bathroom is a bit difficult because the guests' manners are not good and the floor is sticky. There's a supermarket right in front of the house, so it's very convenient to buy dinner.

There was no problem with the front desk response.I had trouble finding a place to put things because there was no table. It seems that the parking lot requires a reservation, and there are several other parking lots nearby.

The hotel price is 4500 yen per night. Although it is quite cheap, it is well-maintained and has a clean feel. There is a supermarket and 100 yen store next door, so the location is good. Also, the manager has a good personality and I get the impression that he treats customers with humanity. However, since it costs 4,500 yen per night, the sound insulation in the hallways is poor and you may be woken up by the loud footsteps of people just walking around in the middle of the night, so if you really don't like it, earplugs are a must.

*Required reading*Another person's car was parked in the designated parking lot for two days in a row, and even after we informed them on the first day, there was no improvement and they responded by saying that we were not responsible.Every time I park my car, I have to check with the front desk to see if there is a vacant parking lot, but they don't apologize and it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is such a facility.

It's 4000 yen including tax. I can see that it is run by someone who really likes cleanliness. The bathroom, room, and dining room were clean. However, the pillow was small and thin. The receptionist is so polite that it cannot be compared to other business hotels. The location is about 15 kilometers from Tohoku Expressway. The bento boxes and side dishes at the supermarket in front of you are more expensive than at Seven.

Although it is a cheap hotel, it is hard to say that it has excellent cost performance.Things that are in the original hotel are either chargeable or not available, and the keys do not lock automatically. You can't even boil water in the room. Rather than comparing it with a hotel, it would be more appropriate to compare it with a private room at a manga cafe. The biggest drawback was that the entire building, including the rooms, had a strong smell (of Febreze, etc.) that made it uncomfortable. Also, since the parking lot is gravel, it can't be helped that various things fall from the branches of the trees above and get dirty on the car.I would like the refrigerator to be turned on before the guest checks in.
