The rocks in the bath are amazing 👍Dinner is soba kaiseki, and as others have written, the soba pudding is delicious. The soba noodles were also very delicious and the whole thing was full of volume 💯The breakfast side dishes were so delicious that I couldn't help but finish off the whole bowl of rice.Homemade natto is the best😃Thank you very much for your help.

The Japanese-style room was spacious, but the TV was on a shelf in the corner, so I couldn't watch it while sleeping. It was a shame that the bath was not a hot spring either. The food is called Soba Inn, so the dishes made with soba were quite delicious. The soba food was good because the water was delicious. There was no one there when I got home, so I didn't see them off. I was wondering what was going on there.

I don't have overnight stays, but I have used it before for a day trip, and the service was good and we both talked about it.There was a big stone next to the bath, so I was worried it might fall. I will never forget it.The hot springs were amazing.I was able to relax😊Thank you very much.I wish I could do it again...

I visited Minobuyama Kuonji Temple from October 25th to 26th. The soba main dish was delicious and I was very satisfied, but the bath was so amazing that I couldn't help but take a long bath... It's divided by time, so you can take your time at your own pace.Thank you very much to the well-spoken wife and the friendly general.I would like to use it again next spring for a visit.

This is an inn that serves meals centered around soba noodles. The meal consists of soba noodles. It was great. The soba sushi was good. Not only the soba but also the tempura and rice were delicious. The room was a Japanese style room. After sleeping through the night, my body was a little sore. There were two groups of guests that day. Baths were available by reservation.Payment is by cash only. please note.

It was a Japanese-style inn located in Nanbu Town, the southernmost tip of Yamanashi Prefecture. The name is "Soba Yado Fukuichi".I was looking for a sulfur spring on the internet and found it.It was built in 2023, about 8 years old, but it looked so clean that you would think it was new. It was run solely by the owner and his wife. There were 4 rooms in total, 8 tatami Japanese-style rooms and 12 tatami Japanese-style rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, respectively. The toilet is shared. There were two baths located down the stone steps. It was a bath made of natural megaliths. There was a sign on the entrance door to the bathroom that said, ``Be careful of freshwater crabs under the door.'' Furthermore, there were no freshwater crabs that day. After washing your body, go to Zabun. Ah, it feels good. The sulfur springs at around 40 degrees Celsius made my skin smooth. The quality of the hot springs is highly recommended for women.Well, the dinner at Soba Inn was Soba Kaiseki. There are appetizers, soba sashimi, wild vegetable tempura and soba tempura, and many other side dishes. The main dishes are two types, the owner's signature 100 percent soba and Hitachi soba. The 100% soba had a firm core and was easy to swallow. I think I would have been able to enjoy the flavor of the soba more if the soba soup was a little sweeter. And for dessert, it was soba pudding. As expected of Soba Inn. The soba kaiseki menu was larger than I expected, both in terms of menu and volume. After dinner, I took a second bath and then went to bed. Sleeping in bed while listening to the murmuring of the stream flowing alongside the inn felt luxurious. When I woke up the next morning, I took a bath for the third time. It feels good no matter how many times I enter.Breakfast includes pickles, grilled mackerel, seaweed, and original natto. I wonder if this is also handmade, and it was my first time seeing natto. And miso soup. The mackerel was delicious. It was mackerel with oil on it.I checked out at 8:45 a.m. to go to work in the afternoon, and headed to Tokyo. My timid companion had forgotten something at the hotel. There was no way I could turn back from Shin-Tomei, so I asked the owner to ship it to me with cash on delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the item you left behind has arrived safely. The owner and his wife took care of us from beginning to end. Next time, I would like to bring all my relatives and rent it out. Everyone had a nice place to stay.

The bath made of large rocks was wonderful (and the view is nice when it's bright like in the morning). The cuisine is traditional, made with local ingredients, and some people may find it a bit unique. There was a huge difference between the extremely salty ones and the not-so-salty ones. It was a shame that the tempura was not freshly fried, but rather a little old. There didn't seem to be any hot water in the washroom on the second floor, and people seemed to be gathering in the washroom on the first floor.

The customer service was at an appropriate distance, so I was able to relax and relax. Is it your wife's handwriting? The well-written, yet slightly cluttered notes add to the atmosphere as you move through the museum. There are many dishes for both breakfast and dinner, and each one takes time and effort. Compared to Japanese buffets at large hotels, the food here is natural and has no additives, making it more gentle on the body.At the end of dinner, when the host said, ``This is soba to finish off,'' and offered it to me, I felt like I could hear that this was the main dish. The fact that they call themselves a soba inn gives you a sense of the integrity of the inn, as they are very conscious of their food.If you open the bathroom window, you can see the pond and enjoy the view of the mountain forest.Although not all of them are perfect, I think it must be very difficult to provide this much service at an affordable price.I want to come again! My family was also very happy.

The soba noodles were very delicious. There's nothing around, but the baths and food are great.
