My guide in Wara town read an article that said you can serve Wara sweetfish, so I asked for a course for lunch.By reservation only, we received grilled, dengaku, fried, overnight dried, and zoni dishes in a private room.Wara ayu has a strong flavor and is very delicious. Along with Gujo ayu and Mase ayu, it is a ayu that Gifu Prefecture is proud of.

I used it on a business trip. Although we stayed on a cold day, the room was heated beforehand, so it was warm. The food was homey, warm and delicious.I will be using them again next year as I have a business trip.Oh, the bath is about the same as a guesthouse, but I think it was good because the bathtub was deep and warm.

It's a beautiful Japanese-style room, probably renovated. Beautiful toilet. Washlet, of course. It's hilarious that the bath is actually a sweetfish decoy can. The landlady is young and efficient.
