The room was clean and the manager and staff had a great atmosphere!The footbath was at a good temperature and I was happy. Thank you.It seems like the inn is a renovated old house, so the walls aren't that thick, but it wasn't that noticeable.

2024.10It deserved a solid 3 stars. Premises was generally clean and new. Service wasn’t bad but it’s just acceptable. Fair in other words.Bed was extremely soft and sunken in, it’s not good for sleeping. The kimono did not look or smell clean. I gave those a miss for my own clothes.No shower or bathtub included.

Cafe on the first floorThe second floor is for overnight stays.The fact that the price for a room for two people without meals was less than 20,000 yen was very helpful as I was looking for a place to stay in a hurry.Sato no Yu is very close to the hot springs.Other than that, it's a place where you have to walk a little.It has excellent access from the station.I was driving, so there was no dedicated parking lot.You will have to park at the coin parking lot in front of the station.It's located in a shopping district, so it's easy to find restaurants and sightseeing.What was disappointing was the accommodation.When I arrived, the air conditioner suddenly broke...No, I should say it first...It's cold at this time of year so I turned on the air conditioner...What's more, it comes with a fan instead.No, it's cold. .I felt sorry for her because she was with a 3-year-old child. Besides, did you clean your room? About thatThe floor was crunchy and there were cockroaches in the sink.After dealing with the cockroaches, I went to call the store staff, but it was already past 6pm and no one was there.And there was no bath in the room, no hair dryer, etc.I chose to stay overnight with breakfast included.It was like this.

The hotel has a great location, close to the train station and within a walking distance to the onsen area. The room is big for Japanese standards.But, the bed is extremely soft, which may not be ideal for those with back problems.
