You are free to take a pinch of salt with my review due to the lack of photos but we stayed here for 4 days and it was not great.The room had black mould on the ceiling and in the shower. And the bedding had small holes in them - most likely due to moths. We spoke to other guests who experienced similar issues with their rooms. They also do not clean the rooms during your stay.No one was informed of construction work being done which lasted our entire stay and was so loud in the morning and throughout the day. This sucked because i wanted to record a video interview but couldn’t. There were many complaints.Our shower broke and staff just shrugged their shoulders and said that we could either move to a one bed bedroom (which we did not want to do as travelling friends) or nothing. They also water the balcony plants without warning and do not check who is below which is not great as their lounge chairs are directly below (why? I do not know) so we got splashed out of no where.During our trip, we tried to spend very little time at the resort and to ignore the issues until we left. Hence the lack of photos.The resort is cheap and has the potential to be great but they must work on cleanliness, upkeep and communication.

I can't understand the pretty good rating on Booking. There is a constant smell of smoke everywhere because garbage is being burned everywhere, and we were never able to air out our room. There was mold in the room and especially in the bathroom and there wasn't even soap, but at least there were toothbrushes. The air conditioning was as loud as a washing machine. The room wasn't cleaned once during the 7 nights, but you can get new towels at reception upon request.The location also doesn't quite correspond to what it says in the name, as the hotel is located outside of Canggu.The staff speak very broken English.While preparing breakfast, the employees talked and coughed over the food.The WiFi often doesn't work.

This hotel is amazing. Drinking water is not provided in the rooms. It was my turn to ask for water, it turned out you had to buy a bottle of Aqua the size of which cost 10 thousand rupiah. I brought a tumbler and I just asked for a refill from the dispenser, but the employee said that even if you wanted to refill, you had to pay 3-5 thousand per bottle. It's amazing, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that was so stingy about refilling drinking water and even had to pay for it😁 The color of the bath towels was no longer white. The TV channel is blank, I have to rescan it but I don't understand how to do it. I want to call the staff again, I'm too tired and sleepy. For breakfast I ordered Toast Bread and Fried Noodle, it tasted pretty good. The swimming pool is clean but there is a smell of cat feces around the pool, and the smell is very disturbing.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Before a clean room was found, 4 had to be looked at and housekeeping cleaned the 4th again beforehand. That later had ants.The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful but couldn't stop me from moving the next morning.However, the dinner and breakfast were very good.

Everything has been excelent during our stay. Beautiful place and extra clean. Food quality is good, BUT the waiting times are extremely long. For example, 45min for two pancakes when the bar was empty makes no sense. This is why, eventually, we started eating outside the hotel.

We paid 221K for our stay at the hotel. Is the price justified for what is offered? The hotel boasts amenities such as air conditioning, a pool, WiFi, and an on-site Warung. 😃👌Negatives: During rainfall, the noise of water drops can be quite disruptive. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room; guests need to purchase everything from the Warung. The WiFi is slow but still functional. Additionally, the shower head was broken, resulting in a slow flow of water.

1. Order non-smoking and get smoking. next door there is construction work. balcony view of parking.2. Lots of black ants everywhere. just entered, there are already lots of ants.3. Turns out it's a boarding house4. Bottled mineral water was not given, you had to buy it. for 700k/night... not worth it.5. There is no shower toilet jet.6. Chaotic Management does not want responsibility. Not worth the price I paid. In the application (trav***ka) there is information about 2 rooms with exactly the same facilities available AT THE SAME TIME (both have information about free breakfast), for 300k and 700k.Then I called the hotel agent, asking where the difference was. The answer is that 300k only rents the room, 700k includes breakfast. Even though in the application the info is the SAME FREE BREAKFAST. In the end I just believed it, maybe the information on the application was wrong, then I ordered the 700k/night one. When I arrived there, my other friends booked only 300k or even 250k (books were 1 day different, I was earlier).. and breakfast was included!Finally I asked the hotel agent and owner for clarification, they blamed the price system in the application, saying different times could result in different prices... even though the 2 rooms were available AT THE SAME TIME. they FORGET TO EXPLAIN that "300k is without breakfast and 700k is plus breakfast". No solution, no compensation, just an unpleasant experience.
