This is a cafe located in a scenic old private house located a short distance up a mountain road. The view from the second floor in a place rich in nature was spectacular.I was able to stay overnight and used it on Airbnb. The old private house was spacious and had a unique atmosphere, and the tranquility of nature made it a very comfortable space. There is also a BBQ area in the garden, where you can spend a fun evening.Shaved ice is also a featured item at the cafe, and I had the brown sugar soybean flour shaved ice.This was so delicious that I could have eaten as many bowls as I wanted.I would definitely like to use them again.

I had the black honey kinako shaved ice. Not only is the shaved ice delicious, but it's also an old folk cafe in a great location. It's called a Taiwanese tea cafe, but they don't seem to serve hot tea during the hot months, so I'd like to visit again when it's cooler.

I could feel the manager's hospitality ☺️Although I live in the city, I was able to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and detox.Although it was midsummer, it was cool and airy, and I was able to enjoy fluffy shaved ice made from natural ice while looking out at nature, which was quite relaxing! You will feel like you are in the world of Ghibli.

Clinging to the railing, we climbed to the second floor, where we found a well-ventilated room between tatami and wooden boards.There were no other guests in the room, and it was reserved entirely, so the only sounds were the wind and our conversation.Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the window because it was covered in clouds, but I was able to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains, the butterflies dancing below, and the shaved ice. The curry is sweet, and the shaved ice is fluffy with raw strawberry syrup and condensed milk.

I searched for "Fujikawa Town Lunch" on Google, so I went there and was guided down a very narrow road, but don't be fooled! (lol)The natural shaved ice was delicious.I had a wonderful time there, with the peace and quiet of being at my grandparents' house.
