A great mentor in my life who taught me how to live as a man.Let's go for lunch! He came to pick me up.The car heads onto the highway without knowing where it's going."Highway? Are you going to Yokohama Chinatown?" I joked, but the cars continued on and on to the Chuo Expressway...The person I was taken to was Iwamitei in Oniwa Onsen. The chairman takes me inside the inn as if it were his own home...Since it was a weekday afternoon, there were no other customers. You will be guided to a tatami room in the back and wait for your food. The food is served without ordering, so it seems like they have it set in advance."It was my birthday the other day, so I wanted to celebrate it!" I was told it was a birthday surprise. It was such a pleasant surprise, and above all, I was happy with the ``feeling''.The chairman who brought me here doesn't drink alcohol when he eats, even at night. The reason seems to be that you lose the taste of the food... After the after-party, I drink normally. At the end of any shop, hot coffee is automatically served and that's it. This is the shop that Han brought me to.It was a course that wasn't on the menu.●Botan pot●Grilled matsutake mushrooms●Matsutake mushroom pot rice●Matsutake mushroom chawanmushi●Dobin steaming●Wild vegetable soba●Kakuni●DessertIt started with a boar meat hotpot that had no odor at all and was very delicious.Next is matsutake mushrooms. I heard that there was a poor harvest of matsutake mushrooms last fall, but apparently they saved them for the chairman...A course full of out-of-season matsutake mushrooms has begun.Grilled, kamameshi, dobinmushi, and chawanmushi all contain plenty of matsutake mushrooms.Among them, Kamameshi is exquisite! The ingredients were plentiful and the seasoning was exquisite. The chairman was so impressed that he ordered one for a souvenir. After feeling full and having a drink, the next step is to take a bath. You can reach the changing room by climbing the stairs of a building built on a slope. The bath with Oniwa Onsen water has a retro feel and taste. There was no one around, so I was able to enjoy the food slowly. What a pleasant surprise. It seems that he set up this trip because he knew that I like hot springs.I want to be like this guy.I learned one more thing. It was really delicious.Thank you for the meal.

I used it for a day trip bath. It was 800 yen.You can leave your valuables in a locked locker at the entrance, then go up the stairs to find the bath. At best it's retro, at worst it's dirty.Unfortunately, there was no explanation that the open-air bath could not be used. Now, 800 yen seems a little high. The good thing was that the receptionist was very nice. I think we were able to use hand towels for free.

A very simple inn. The rice is not only sumptuous and delicious, but you'll be served more than you can eat, so look forward to it. Nanbanzuke sweetfish is crispy and the sweet and salty sauce is extremely delicious! Please note that there are no elevators and all rooms are stairs. It was good exercise for me as I work remotely every day.Although the room is very old, it has all the basic facilities, and the 5th floor is quiet and you can't hear the sound of the waterfall, so you can spend a normal and comfortable stay. The restrooms outside the guest rooms have been renovated and are clean. I'm also happy that the entire building is non-smoking (smoking area is at the entrance).

During the long holidays, I visited to make some memories. The warmth of the people, the deliciousness of the food, and the old building were all amazing. The building was maze-like and cool, and the names of the rooms were interesting Shinkansen station names. No matter where you go these days, you don't get the same stylish room, but a tasteful room like the one you used to go to with your relatives when you were little. I was so happy.I took a bath three times.I also happened to be able to participate in rock climbing, and I made a lot of memories. The fish pickled in Nanban we had for dinner was so delicious that people talked about it even when we got home, wondering if we could recreate it.Oniwa Park is so vast that I can't cover it all, and I'd like to go back in the fall to see the autumn leaves.Thank you for your kind response.

It was a simple but tasteful inn. Thank you for your hospitality. There are two bathhouses, and the one I used was warm and very comfortable, but my wife said it was small and smelled bad. However, since there were not many guests, they rented it out for their own time. The food was delicious, and considering the room, meals, and bathroom, I thought it was worth the price. The children's lunch was a little cold, so they served only the children's favorite foods, but the children did not eat well.Overall, I personally would like to stay again.

I went there many times for day trips to hot springs and meals, and on my last day in Toki, I stayed there because my luggage had gone first due to moving. The room name is based on the city where the Shinkansen station is located. Tono is a treasure trove of radium springs, and this hot spring is representative of it. Oniiwa Onsen is small inside, so I parked in the drive-in parking lot across the street and went over the pedestrian bridge. Please stay healthy forever.

Delicious food and the best hot springs! The hot springs are unusually drinkable. The meals are made with hot spring water and are very mellow. You can also hear many detailed stories about the local area, including stories about Oniwa Park. This is a homely and friendly accommodation. I want to come again and again.

My knees were fine after touring Oniwa Park, but after taking a hot spring, I didn't have any muscle pain the next day. I believe this is the effect of hot springs. The food was very delicious, I was very satisfied.I felt very relaxed, and the host was kind and happy. I hope to visit you again soon.
