I have stayed here many times while traveling with my dog.The sashimi is very delicious because it is located near the sea. As a repeat customer, the Kinmedai shabu-shabu was so delicious that I ordered more every time I stayed there, and of course I ordered it when I stayed during Golden Week this year, but I was disappointed because the quality had dropped, probably because the head chef had changed. The room was usually one small room, but this time it was a large room on the second floor. The room was clean, but the dog in the other room could hear a lot of barking, and my pet was also barking, so I couldn't sleep much. There are plenty of amenities for dogs, and the bath is clean, but I was disappointed that the door to the bath with a sauna was often closed even though it was open, so I couldn't enter.

I wasn't expecting it, so it was better than I expected. After all, I'm happy to be able to sleep and eat with my dog ☺️ If it were possible, I would definitely buy again if it was a little cheaper ❗

The size of the room and the atmosphere are perfect. It's very clean and has no odor at all. The bath was also very clean and warm. I have nothing to complain about. As for the downsides, the food was terrible, the dinner was a hotpot, but the seasoning was amateurish, and the dried horse mackerel at breakfast was cold and not tasty. Basically, the seasoning is so sweet that I can't eat it. I have stayed at about 200 pet hotels, but I wish they would do more research on cooking. Everything except the food is perfect.

I stayed here for one night at the end of the year.It was small and the building seemed old.The employees were friendly and talked to my dog, and they were very responsive. The amount of food was less than the amount at a typical hotel, but it was just the right amount for me.The taste was also good. The room I stayed in was clean and the bathroom looked like it had just been renovated.I have to climb the stairs to get to the guest room.It would be helpful if there was an elevator. At the time of checkout, this may be the only time, but I received a discount coupon from the hotel group.Free service for your dog's birthday monthApparently it cannot be used unless you make a reservation directly with the hotel.

This is a dog-first hotel. Both dogs and humans had a great time.I was able to enjoy the Japanese course meal. I was happy to be able to eat with my dog, which is a rare service. It was great to be able to interact with other dogs at the dog run.The inside of the hotel, including the rooms, is very clean.I requested a smoking room, but there was no smell at all. This is a hotel I would like to visit again. There was a review saying that the entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, but we searched for the Rainbow Hotel next door on Google Maps and found it right away.

Everyone is friendly and there are sufficient facilities for pets. I was very satisfied with the meal. It was a good idea to ask for extra food 🤤 The bath is small, but it's reserved for private use, so you can relax. The negative point is that the entrance to the hotel is difficult to find.
