Isn't the accommodation fee higher than 3 months ago?Last time I stayed, I was able to stay on the same plan for 5 to 6,000 yen, but now it's over 9,000 yen.I wanted to go again, but I didn't feel like staying overnight.This is terrible.

Arranged for a sudden solo trip from Tokyo. It's only a few minutes from the station, but there are many similar buildings. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no convenience store next to it.You can imagine the quality of the curry rice and takoyaki provided by the service, but I also enjoyed the atmosphere alone.The rooms are perfect with new equipment and mirroring TVs.It's a shame that the public bath is not "large" by any means, and that there is only one elevator.There were two coin laundry machines, so I was worried about it being crowded, but I was able to use it without having to wait. It was a pain to be able to use a cashless service by installing an app that only reads QR, but I was intrigued and decided to use it.

It's new and clean.I'm happy with the curry and takoyaki dinner service, but I'd be even happier if there was beer in the vending machine.Breakfast is delicious.

Hotel opening at the end of MarchThere are many foreign staff members, but everyone is courteous and likable.Personally, I am satisfied with the variety and quantity of the breakfast buffet.I'm grateful the next morning after drinking ochazuke and mini kasu udon noodles.There is also a large public bath, although it is small, so it's nice to stretch your legs after work.In the evenings, curry and takoyaki are also available (limited times), which is great when you're on a business trip.The layout of the room was a bit strange, but I guess it doesn't bother me too much.

I had asked for a room with a bed width of 140cm if it was available in advance, but even though it looked empty, I was given a room with a bed width of 120cm. I think the Omakase plan will allocate you from a room with a 120cm width bed and unless that room is full, you won't be assigned a room with a 140cm width bed. I was disappointed.The public bath could hardly be called a large bath, with a bathtub and washing area that could accommodate up to 5 people. The bathroom was very clean as it had just opened, but I don't think I would want to go in sometimes because it was crowded.The loungewear is a type of pajama with separate tops and bottoms, and sizes range from S to L to F (free size), so it's suitable for everyone from petite women to overweight men like me, and it's comfortable to wear and allows you to sleep soundly.The location is close, about a 5-minute walk from Nagata Station, but escalators and elevators are inconvenient for people with disabilities, so I think it takes about 15 minutes to get on the train.Also, there are quite a few coin parking lots nearby, but on weekdays there are many people who commute by car to nearby companies, so the parking lots with maximum 24-hour rates are almost full, probably around 5:00 pm. I don't think it's available until after 18:00. Is it okay on Saturdays and Sundays?The closest parking lot is ``The Park Nagata Higashi'' (2-2-14 Nagata Higashi, Higashi Osaka), a 4-5 minute walk, and if you park on the 2nd floor, it is the cheapest at 500 yen/24 hours.I also stayed at the nearby "Hotel Wing International Select Higashiosaka" and "Richmond Hotel Higashiosaka," but I think this hotel, which has just been built, is the best so far.I think it will change depending on the level of hospitality in the future...Of these three hotels, only Richmond has a parking lot for guests.Ah, there is only one parking lot in front of the hotel for wheelchair users at this selecton.

~The Selecton Higashiosaka Nagata Station~Opening March 28, 2024There is no parking lot 🅿️ at the hotel, so you will have to park at a nearby coin parking lot.Welcome drink apple cider vinegar & coffeeFrom 18:00 to 20:00There was a free bowl of curry rice and Osaka's famous takoyaki! ️We arrived at the hotel at 20:00 with about 4 people...I was able to eat as much as I could thanks to the staff's kindness.Thank you very much 😊It has only been open for a short time, so it feels very clean.Close to Kintetsu Nagata Station...There are convenience stores, supermarkets, Nakau & Saizeriya within walking distance, so it's convenient ♪ It's small, but there are large public baths for men and women, so I was satisfied 😊This is a highly recommended hotel with courteous staff. ️thank you for helping me.
