I was taking my dog overseas on an early morning flight, and since the animal quarantine station was closed, I decided to use Guest House Yachimata. I took the Skyliner from Tokyo to Narita Airport, completed quarantine the day before, and was picked up and stayed for one night. The next morning, they took me to Narita Airport early in the morning, which was very helpful.It was also helpful to be able to move the dog with me by car. The place I stayed at was designed to remind me of old Japan, but it was so clean that it didn't feel old, and I liked the bath because it had a nostalgic feel to it.Also, I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.

The owner is very friendly and speaks very good English. Unfortunately, the shortcomings are as follows, and I hope they can be improved in the future.The parking location is on a public grassy area, separated from the B&B by a two-lane road. It is inconvenient to load and unload luggage. It is dangerous for the elderly and children to enter and leave the parking area.The appearance of the B&B is dilapidated, surrounded by spider webs, dust and fallen leaves, and it looks like it has not been inhabited for a long time.The interior of the B&B is dilapidated. There is dust and cobwebs in the corners when entering. The hygienic environment in the room is very poor. The air is full of musty smell. The lights on the dining table flicker. Kitchen items are covered with grease. The countertops and flat surfaces are black after being wiped with paper towels. , as if no one has cleaned it for a long time.The mattress and sheets were not clean to the touch and had hair from previous guests.The bathroom and toilet do not have an exhaust system and are full of dust. They need to be cleaned before use.Such a sanitary environment requires a cleaning fee of 4,000 yen! After checking in, we had to spend more than an hour cleaning ourselves before we could barely use it.

I used it the other day.It was my first time renting a whole house and staying there, but it was great to be able to use the kitchen and bathroom freely!The room was very clean and spacious, so I was able to relax and spend time there.I was grateful that the kitchen tools and home appliances were well stocked, and I was able to cook right away using ingredients I bought at a nearby supermarket.(We had a large hot plate and takoyaki maker ready, so we had a takoyaki party! LOL)It's relatively close to the station, but it's in a very quiet location, and it felt nice to walk outside after sunset.It was a guest house that I would definitely like to use again if I have the opportunity!

Until now, I had only stayed in business hotels, but the rooms were spacious (there were many rooms), there was a kitchen, you could heat the bath with gas, there were two HDMI-compatible TVs, and the hotel was very spacious. There are advantages that hotels do not have, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.Also, it's a very quiet place with a lot of nature around, but there are supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk, so I felt it was in a good location. I want to use it again.
