Very friendly staff, so many special attentions to guests, communication via WhatsApp was so easy.The room was nicely decorated.It’s walking distance to the beach but also to many restaurants and bars.We had an amazing stay, I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Great fun place, Happy smiling faces around you, ever ready with a helping hand, clean and a pretty good location. Reasonably price. Some nice entertainment in the night. Good nourishing and hearty breakfast. There's also an on site spa too. Go for it!

We received a nice cake and flower decorated bed, which was a nice surprise!Special thanks to Dana for your warm hospitality upon our check-in & for arranging a 2am breakfast for us after knowing we will miss our complimentary breakfast due to a trip to Mt Batur which requires us to leave at 2am.Every part of the room was clean and we love the comfy bed and fluffy pillows :)Thanks to every staff at ZIN for your kind and welcoming hospitality, for always taking initiative with any help we might need as well!We will definitely be back ☺️Take care!Regards,James & Early

I stayed at Zin with my wife and 2 kids, 18 and 16. We just left today and were all sad to go. The whole feel of the place is so chilled. The staff are awesome, so happy and accommodating. Breakfast every morning is unreal. Don’t have a bad word about our stay here. Will tell all my mates. Thank you everyone at Zin.

Party and construction site noise, sewer and food poisoning...We spent the beginning of our vacation here and were initially very impressed by the quiet and green area with overall high standards of design. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and during the day you can relax there after a day out in the hustle and bustle/traffic of the city.Hence the 3 stars, despite a stay with some setbacks.I would have been happy to get a hint that the bass of the party area booms into the rooms EVERY DAY from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. During the day you are woken up by the surrounding construction sites. We also found the smell of the directly adjacent sewer (affectionately nicknamed “Riverside” by the hotel) quite disturbing.Even numerous incense sticks cannot help here. On the evening before last there was a tuna steak in the in-house restaurant which resulted in severe food poisoning. However, the staff was then very helpful. All in all, it leaves a bad aftertaste and I would probably only recommend the hotel to a limited extent.

We had a lovely stay at this relaxed boutique hotel - we were very happy with our room which had a view towards the beach and sunset. the massages and food are great and the service is fantastic - exceptionally lovely friendly staff 🩷. They went out of their way to please us. Thanks Zin!
