A cold mineral spring located just below the summit of Mt. Ishinomaki.Although it is not a so-called "regulated spring", it has a long history and was once a military treatment facility.Nowadays, this is the only place in business, and the ruins of run-down inns are lined up in the vicinity, but the night view from the open-air bath and the ``serious Showa retro'' atmosphere, which is not an artificial production, can be seen here. The inside of the hotel is very impressive and wonderful. I highly recommend it.The only thing that bothered me was that the food was salty. Please understand the 4 stars of service.

It feels like a retro hot spring inn. It is located in a high place close to the summit of Mt. Ishinomaki and Ishinomaki Shrine Sanjosha, so it has a great view. And the prices are also low. I was able to stay for 8,500 yen including two meals. It seems that you can also take a day trip to the bath. The semi-open-air bath here also has a retro feel, which I like. The food was also excellent for the price. The same goes for breakfast. Considering the cost performance, I thought it would be okay to give it 5 stars, but considering the inconvenience and the difficult location, I gave it 4 stars.

I only used the bath. I called around 3pm on Saturday to confirm and then visited. The men's bath seems to be larger. The open-air bath feels like a handmade jacuzzi. I rented it out with my child.

Day trip bath 600 yenSaturday noon, no other customers. There were quite a few hikers on the mountain. According to the lady at the hostel, there are days when they don't do day trips, so she said today would be fine. When I searched for mineral springs, this came up, but since it's not mentioned in the law, signboards, or pamphlets, it's probably just a spring, not a hot spring or mineral spring. There is an earthy smell in the bathroom, probably due to the circulation of fresh spring water. Almost no chlorine smellThe bathtub is amazing with a jacuzzi. Lukewarm. Both the indoor and outdoor baths are well maintained. Fair bath feeling, exclusive and comfortableFrom the bathroom, you can only see trees, but from the lobby you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Toyohashi. The location is perfect. The remains of the main building above? There are ruins that make you think

If you don't make a reservation in advance, they probably won't be able to accommodate you, but when I went there to take a bath, they weren't there.

I had booked a room, but I had some questions, so I called during the day and they didn't answer. When I called in the evening, a person who appeared to be the landlady answered, but she kept talking lame from beginning to end, and even said, ``I never missed a call,'' so I canceled the call, thinking I wouldn't be able to create good memories.

On the day we stayed, we were the only people in the room. The inn was located near the top of the mountain, had a nice view, and was very quiet. When I woke up in the morning, I heard the chirping of a Japanese warbler nearby, and it gave me a solemn feeling. I would like to visit you again ❗️ I would like to choose here again next year.
