The guest room shakes quite often, and for those who don't mind it, it's really amazing, it shakes so much.I can't sleep, I can't rest at all.The bathroom isn't ventilated unless you turn on the lights, so the moment you enter the room, you can smell the dry smell. There are quite a few steps when going back from the toilet to the room, so it's dangerous. There are no pillows or blankets available for rent.It was nice to have an outlet next to the bed.

Staying overnight for work. There aren't many places to stay around Kuki, so that's helpful. The building may be old, but the water area has been renovated and is super clean. The room also has a Showa era atmosphere, which I like. However, as others have said, it shakes a lot every time a Shinkansen passes by. That's what the hotel said, but the shaking was more than expected. It may be difficult for sensitive people. Maybe I can't do it either. However, the first floor doesn't seem to be shaking, and the 3rd and 4th floors are shaking quite a bit.

Clean, convenient and comfortableAlthough it is a business hotel from the Showa era, it has been renovated to be comfortable, and the toilets and bathrooms are clean and modern, not old-fashioned. There are also 24-hour free drinks, coffee and black tea. Some reviews say that earthquakes will occur in the building when the Shinkansen passes by (laughs). I can't deny this, but the advantage of being close to the station is its convenience. If you are really afraid of noise or vibration, you can ask the hotel to help arrange a room on the side of the reception window. The vibration and sound will be much smaller if there is a walkway away. I will still choose here next time I visit, the affordable price is great!

Stayed for 1 night for work. Although it wasn't the Shinkansen, I stayed overnight because it was close to the site. Although it is an old building, it has been renovated and was clean. It was acceptable to me, but there is also the sound of the Shinkansen as mentioned in everyone's comments, so if that bothers you, you should avoid it.

The building shakes. It's fun if you think of it as an attraction hotel. Water pressure in the shower is weak.

It's impossible for a Shinkansen train to shake when it passes by. I thought it was an earthquake.
