I used it for climbing the Kokonoe Mountains. The room, toilet, and washroom are clean and comfortable.Dinner is Shokado bento style, with a well-balanced array of various ingredients.Of course it was delicious.I got up early for breakfast, so I packed a lunch box.Contains 3 rice balls and a side dish. You will be using the shower instead of the bath.I went to the hot spring, but shampoo and soap were not available, so I washed myself again.Since it's a mountain hut, we don't have nightwear, so we brought our own. Also toothbrushes, towels, etc. There is a kettle and a refrigerator.

I booked two consecutive nights with Rakuten Travel during Golden Week, but due to inconvenience, I canceled only the first night. I should have canceled for free under Rakuten Travel's cancellation policy, but I immediately received an email from Hutte, and during Golden Week I canceled the reservation for free. A cancellation fee will be charged, so please pay it by the deadline. If you do not pay it, you will be sued in a small claims court.I immediately called them directly and said, ``I canceled this in accordance with Rakuten's policy,'' but they replied, ``It's written in the notes separately from the policy,'' and ``I can't write it in Rakuten's policy, but in the notes.'' It's your fault for not reading the whole thing because it's written all over the place," he said in an increasingly angry tone, and then went on to say things like "Rakuten's site is to blame" and "this has been going on for years."Although it was certainly written in the notes at the very end, I wonder how many people read that far before making a reservation.I have made and canceled many (thousands) of reservations on various reservation sites around the world and in Japan, but this is the first time I have experienced such an unpleasant cancellation. Is this a common pattern of people not reading what is written at the end of the notes in the contract?I don't think they are considering the customer's perspective anyway. In that case, the policy should be changed, and how about taking things only when you earn money, such as Golden Week?As someone who has been in the customer service business for many decades, I think so...So, I was planning to stay for the remaining night, but I didn't want to stay at a hotel that treats guests like that, so of course I canceled.I love the mountains of Kuju, but my image of Kuju as a whole became negative, so I decided to go elsewhere.
