I went with my family during the Obon holiday in 2024. The food is delicious. I was getting tired of eating freshwater fish, so I told him I wouldn't eat them. We stayed in a privately rented outhouse. It was around 90,000 yen for 3 people. I came here to end my Obon holiday by staying at a luxury inn. It was very soothing. Even when you're full, Togakushi soba is so delicious that you'll be able to eat one serving at a time. There are two guest rooms, three if you include the one on the first floor, so even I, who snores a lot, was able to stay there with my family.

(´ー`)y─┛~~It's a lodging lodge. The location and number of usable outlets are a little strange……♨

10/5 if I could. This was the best experience of our Japan trip!! The hosts are so extremely kind and welcoming and the food was delicious with many new tastes & dishes! The communication was smooth since we used English and hands and the Internet :) We also did Hissya and a cleansing ceremony - highly recommended experience!

I stayed for one night on October 14, 2020.This is my second time here, but I came back last time because I was looking forward to the many dishes and soba noodles. All the dishes were prepared with great care and effort, and at times I was surprised by the nostalgic flavors and at times by innovative combinations of ingredients, making it a very enjoyable and delicious meal.In addition, the soba noodles are made from local varieties and are served freshly cooked and boiled, so you can enjoy both the aroma and the taste.

On August 13th, I used a room called Sakaki with an open-air bath, which is limited to one group per day. There is a private parking lot right next to the annex, so you don't have to worry about parking. When we arrived and entered the reception lobby, there was a counter bar that could seat four people. We received a welcome drink in the room, and since you can choose from several types including alcoholic drinks, I immediately had a beer.I was a little surprised because it was my first time having alcohol in the welcome drink! ️As for the rooms, the first floor is a living room and open-air bath, and the second floor is a large Japanese-style room and a bedroom with a bed, and large TVs are installed on each floor.A private room was provided for the dining room.Since it was a lodging lodge, I was expecting vegetarian cuisine to be served, but it turned out to be a very elaborate and delicious dish made with meat and fish.Of course, the dishes were equally elaborate and wonderful, using plenty of vegetables and beans. At the end, Togakushi zaru soba and dessert are served, but since there were many dishes up to that point, I thought it would be impossible to make one serving, so I got it cut in half and was correct⭕The staff was very responsive and considerate, and I was able to spend a very calm and quiet time at this lodging lodge, which is close to Hokosha, one of the five Togakushi shrines.

I stayed in a detached house for one night in the heat of August. All of the staff, including the landlady, treated me very kindly and made my stay very comfortable. In the evening, the food was colorful, vegetarian-style, and all of it was delicious and beautiful, and in the morning, there was a wide variety of dishes, and the boiled tofu was especially delicious. The whole detached house was rented, and on the first floor there was a cypress semi-open-air bath, a hammock on the balcony, a small living room and toilet, and on the second floor there was a large living room and bedroom with a bed, and it was a gorgeous room. It was also very clean, with indirect lighting and flower decorations here and there, and I could feel the thoughtfulness of the hospitality. It was a very nice stay.

Both the food and the atmosphere were great. The thoughtfulness of the hospitality is also pleasant. The toilet is outside the room, but if you don't mind that, we recommend it.
