This is a family-run inn. Each room has a toilet, and the bath is also large. It is run by an elderly couple, but the simple dishes are made with great care and time and are very delicious. I usually do a lot of research on Google Maps before I go on a trip, but Togakushi was difficult to see on a map because of the height differences and narrow roads. I travel by train and bus, and this inn was very convenient as the bus stop was right next to it. It was also great to receive such heartwarming customer service that you felt like you were dealing with your own grandparents. Please note that there is no free wifi etc.

This is my second time using this service. Although the service is not excessive, it is a ryokan that provides a casual and very considerate response. The food is very delicious and you can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into making it.The entire inn was clean and well-maintained, the bath was warm, and after feeling the tingling electricity for a while, the fatigue in my body melted away. The next morning, I wasn't at all tired from going back and forth to Togakushi Okusha. The morning prayer was explained in detail from the history of Togakushi, and I learned a lot. Both the husband and his wife are very personable, and I wish them all the best in their health. Thank you for your help again. thank you very much.

It doesn't have the image of an old lodging lodge, but rather an inn. The staff are very accommodating, and the food is simple, local cuisine. I go there because I want to eat that. Everything is handmade. These days, there are a lot of commercial food products, so I'm grateful for this. Above all, I am very happy with the thoughtfulness of the host. Next time, I would like to come on a pilgrimage to Togakushi Shrine.
