I decided to stay because I wanted to go to Togakushi Shrine and was drawn to the word "Gibier"!I visited here on a solo bike tour, and it felt extremely relaxing both physically and mentally.I was also healed by the friendly cat! This is also a place I would like to stay when I go to Nagano.thank you for helping me!

I took my students on a Pilates retreat for 2 nights and 3 days. I was very impressed with the well-kept beautiful garden, the easy-to-use house, and most of all, the hospitality of my host, Mr. Echizenya. They took us to see the fireflies, informed us about upcoming events, and provided a very detailed and kind transportation service, which was very helpful.Thank you for helping me start the BBQ. We also had the venison and wild boar hunted by Echizenya on the BBQ, and I was surprised that they had no odor and were very easy to eat.It was a three-day trip where I was deeply moved by the warmth and richness of Shinshu's natural people.I left the inn feeling deeply moved, knowing that I would definitely like to visit again. Highly recommended. We have stayed this comfortabe small Inn for 2nights 3 days for pilates retreat which we hosted. The garden well taken care of by host is just beautiful with seasonal herbs and flowers and small and cozy inn are very comfortable for the group of 8 participants. The owner warmly welcomed and helped us in many ways that touched our hearts. He brought us to Hotaru tour and it was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed gibier BBQ and this is amazing too.Overall our experience was amazing and definitely we will be back to Wakaho Gibier again.Thank you very much Keiji-san, for wonderful experience.

Recommended B&B, but the host will stay with you. It is highly recommended for people who don’t mind living with strangers. The accommodation is relatively far away and you have to drive to get there, but there are parking spaces (three parking spaces) and a beautiful yard. Live with the landlord. When you check in, the landlord will warmly welcome you and make tea for you. There is a floor heating system in the house, which is very comfortable. The toilets and showers are on the first floor. The space upstairs is only used for sleeping. The scenery is great. The landlord has a very large cat, so people with allergies should be careful. The host himself is a hunter, mainly hunting deer and wild boar, so if you make a reservation in advance before checking in, he can help prepare game hot pot. It's a pity that I didn't make a reservation.Because it is located in the countryside, there are many wild animals - raccoons, foxes, deer, etc. In the early morning of a snowy day, you can see many animal footprints on the snow. I even found a fox~~ It's so cute.
