had a great timeI don't mean gorgeous splendor.I always live a convenient life where I have everything, so for the first time I thought that traveling is a way to get away from that kind of environment.Just bring what you need, you'll be using it.Rather than saying that everything is available, there is a well-balanced and tasteful setting with not a single piece of trash left, the dishes are made with care rather than being elaborate, the breeze that enters the room allows you to feel the seasons, and the garden that sends it all in.I want to go again soonLots of autumn leaves in the garden. It would be beautiful if they changed color.

This is the ideal inn where you want to go, stay and feel. I am very worried about this recent earthquake. Suzu City is my dream city. Please recover well. I'm rooting for you.

Luxury without anything. That's what I thought, but rather than saying there's nothing, it's more fitting to say that it's full of things and allows you to experience beauty that you don't normally notice.Although the building is close to nature, it is well-maintained and very beautiful, and it is beautiful no matter where you look inside and outside.Eat simple, natural foods.I ate it with all the guests at the same table, and conversations naturally arose, and I was surprised to find that this was a good thing. When I left, I felt like I wanted to come back in a different season.

If you are alone, the room is small and it is not a hot spring inn. It's true that it's about choosing people, but it's filled with an aesthetic that can only be found here, from end to end. As a result, I come back every year.

Although it is called a hot spring inn, it is actually a cooking inn. This is not a relaxing inn. On the contrary, it makes me nervous. However, the simmered Koya tofu with the right broth was exquisite, even better than the ones made with more expensive ingredients. (Isn't black-throated sashimi delicious?) I think it's better to just go and eat the food than stay overnight.

During my trip to Noto, I visited Sakamoto, which someone had recommended. As per the concept of the inn, it is the complete opposite of the inn where the inn is said to be full of perfection. If you live a long life, you'll probably come across a lot of troublesome things, but I think it's good to get away from the crowds and take it easy once in a while. The cuisine is mainly made with ingredients from Noto. The road to Sakamoto is narrow in some places, so you should be careful if you drive a large vehicle.Thank you for the meal.
