Definitely recommend!מקום ברמה גבוהה, תמורה מצוינת למחיר, כנראה שגם הכי זול ברישירי, יותר מממליץ!! ❤️

Booked a room in the common dormitory, and was picked up from Oshidomari Port by van !I would like to sincerely thank the owners of this place - they have been very hospitable, offering a shuttle service to the trailhead for hiking Mount Rishiri, and also back to the port from the accommodation. They have a large communal space where you can relax and have food, and a communal kitchen that has stoves, hot water , and even a toaster oven - what a luxury !Truly a cozy place with a supermarket conveniently located just a stone's throw away. Look out for the big dipper constellation above in the sky !Once again , thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience, and I hope to return to Rishiri again in the future :)

It's a good dormitory.I want to come back to climb again!Bicycle prices have increased since 2024 to 1,500 yen for 4 hours and 2,500 yen for 8 hours (plus 1,000 yen for electric bikes), so I thought it was a little more expensive than Oshidomari Port, but it was a good bike. The entrance and room smell like sweat (there are a lot of people climbing and cycling, so it can't be helped lol), but the rest of the room is clean, including the shower room, toilet, dining room (common room?), and cooking room. The sheets are also nice and clean. The cooking room is the same space that was used to serve meals during the youth hostel days, so it was a comfortable space to use. Seasonings and oil were available, and plates and cups were also helpful. However, the refrigerator was full and difficult to use (lol)The problem for people who don't cook is food. The supermarket, which is a 3-minute walk away, has a small selection of prepared bento boxes, and the nearest izakaya and Seicomart are a 15-minute walk away.It might be difficult if it's raining or cold.

I came here for the "Rishiri Iron Man Challenge" project being held at this inn.Without fear of misunderstanding, it feels like a ``mountain hut''. It's not a luxury inn.Use this inn as your base for activities! I can't stop being excited! The people you gather with are similar to each other, so the conversations will be lively! You can buy rice at a convenience store, or you can buy ingredients and cook!Next time I'm here, I want to make something amazing on the grill!

We had a nice stay here, In terms of price this is a great option. There is only one thing that annoyed me, they have a shuttle that leaves the hotel at 4:45 am to go to the starting point of the mount Rishiri. As the sun goes down late (for Japan) in summer, this is way too early...even if you are slow. We started the hike at 7:40 am and went down around 3:30/4pm. Since the noise isolation is pretty low (this is the case in many hostel), the noise of the others getting prepared at 4 am will wake you up... Every day....this could be fixed.

Absolutely lovely and cozy hostel and even more lovely and helpful staff. Offered to call restaurants for us to ask if they are open on a public holiday and drove us to the ferry terminal on a rainy day. Private rooms are convenient and the common area (all of the hostel actually) has a great mountain-hut-like vibe. Will definitely stay there again if I can!
