I used it for 2 nights and 3 days during the Obon holidays for sightseeing on the island and climbing Mt. Rishiri. In conclusion, I had a wonderful stay experience, with customer service that exceeded the price and easy access to tourist attractions.《Guest room》There is an outlet near the bedside and all amenities are provided. The view of Cape Pesci and the sea from the room was beautiful and very relaxing. Since I visited in August, I was worried about the heat, but since the temperature on the island was low (around 20 degrees Celsius), I was able to spend a comfortable time just by opening the windows."service"After arriving, we were provided with transportation from the ferry terminal to the hotel and from the hotel to the trailhead, which was very helpful. For those who want to climb the mountain, there is a service where you can change your breakfast to rice balls, which I was very grateful for. Secoma on the island closes at 10 p.m. and opens at 6 p.m., so I think it was psychologically good to not have to worry about food. In addition, even beginners were able to climb the mountain with peace of mind, as they were responsive to guests who wanted to climb the mountain, such as asking for mountain entry registration and the availability of portable toilets. As for dinner, we were provided with a delicious meal that mainly consisted of seafood, and we were very satisfied. Also, the night view from one of the highest-rise restaurants on the island was truly beautiful and made for a great memory."place"Access to Rishiri Island is difficult, but once you arrive on the island, it's about 5 minutes from the ferry terminal, and Secoma and Nikot are also nearby, so it feels like a good location. I will give it 5 stars because it has good access to sightseeing spots."others"This was my second time visiting Rishiri Island, so I didn't have much knowledge about tourism, but thanks to the staff at the hotel who taught me a lot, it was a wonderful trip and I was able to discover more about Rishiri Island. I was able to do it. Depending on the time of year, if the weather is nice, there are tours to see the stars and the sunset, so I think one of the charms of Rishiri Island is that it's more fun to go through each season and the number of times you go. I am very satisfied with both the price and service, and I would like to use Kitaguni Grand Hotel again when staying next time.

I made a reservation on Jalan with the plan ``Mt. Rishiri Climbing Support Plan, 5:00 a.m. pick-up at Mt. Rishiri trailhead, rice ball bento provided!'' and visited for 2 nights and 3 days.I decided to come here because I felt that the service that picks me up on the ferry and the service that takes me to the Mt. Rishiri trailhead early in the morning is good. The rice ball bento box was bigger than I expected, and I felt like I could have saved up a lot more luggage (as shown in the photo). There was a Seicomart nearby, which was also useful. Climbing goods and souvenirs were easily available at Seicomart. Also, on this trip to Mt. Rishiri, we were blessed with a sea of clouds and clear skies, making it a very nice day for climbing.Dinner was also very voluminous, and I felt that it was enough for my tired body after climbing.

This hotel is a perfect match for the Rishiri island. The people working here is super friendly and helpful. During our stay we enjoyed both the outdoor activities and the hotel accommodations. We travelled by two families, planning to climb the Rishiri mountain and bicycling the island. Upon our arrival, the boys were immediately attracted by the Gundam models in the TV room. The lady at the reception patiently spent about ten minutes to let us well-informed about the Mt. Rishiri mountaineering, down to every detail, which was proved to be very useful the next day. She also arranged us rice ball to carry to the mountain since the shuttle bus to Mt. Rishiri starts at 5AM in the morning. We summited the 1,721 meters Mt. Rishiri with the two ten-year old boys with quite a bit effort, with approximately 1,570 meters elevation. However, we got back to the park entrance half an hour later than planned. The hotel sent us shuttle bus and arranged formal dinner later than their working hours. We were really grateful to that. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor public onsen after the 14-hour hiking. The breakfast in this hotel is quite decent considering the geographical conditions. We borrowed the bicycles from hotel and rode the cycling roads on the northern coast the next day. The location of the hotel is quite convenient and there is supermarket and laundry nearby. The hotel shuttle bus could pick-up or take guests from the Ferry and the airport. I want to express my gratefulness to the people working here. Highly recommended if you plan to summit the Mt. Rishiri, do the cycling roads and travel with kids.
