If you are looking for a 5 stars hotel this is not your place to be, go to the commercial style buildings.If you want to experience the real Bali, stay in a traditional Balinese accommodation, immerse into the culture and learn everything you need to know about Bali, this is your place to be.For my parents first time in Bali and Asia, I couldn't be happier to have chosen this place, we all had an amazing experience and we learnt so much about Bali and its culture and traditions.We had 3 nights here but if you want to do all their culture experiences that they offer, come for 4 nights.Here you can learn about the offerings and do it with them, have cooking classes and experience Bali flavours, go to a drive and hike to an area where you can a Bali that is still preserved free from tourist and commercial buildings, only amazing rice fields and traditional local villages. The guide was very professional and answered us all our questions about the area and the culture.The staff are amazing and always go to the next level to provide the best service.But I will repeat, with you are looking for a flesh posh hotel, this is not your place, please don't come, because the bad reviews I saw here are all from people looking for the wrong thing here, not fair to the reality of this amazing place.

We stayed at the KTS Villas for 3 nights and the experience has been amazing. The place is quite, in the middle of the nature with several spots to relax. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The best is definitely the staff: everyone is very attentive to the customer's needs. A big thanks to Vria that with her smile and the great service made our stay memorable. Very recommend to book a tour with them: we really enjoyed our tour to Tanah Lot Temple with Arte, our driver. We had a lot of fun.

I go every week for a massage with Mika. This is the best massage in Bali. I highly recommend it!

This place is unhealthy! Be careful with good reviews because the only good thing they have are the gardens.We stayed in this place for 4 nights and as soon as we arrived we thought everything was very nice, but the next day we started to see things that we didn't like, such as, for example, in the bungalow where we stayed, the downstairs part (bathroom, living room) is all open, there is no privacy, as you pass by, all the neighbors see you. At the top is the room and when you need to go to the bathroom at midnight, it is very uncomfortable to have to go down those narrow and high stairs. In the description they give of the bungalow, it does not say that the bathroom is downstairs, it says that it is in the room and it is not like that.The WORST thing is the CLEANING, because they clean above what is visible to the naked eye but they do not clean in depth.Everything in the room seemed clean but it smelled strange, the pillowcases were clean but the pillows themselves were very dirty, they had an emetic mixture of colors and smells, from yellow to black tempered sweat from mold and humidity. The mattress cover was a duvet cover that was equal or worse than the pillows, it was covered with a clean sheet... but that was unhealthy. The duvet was a duvet without a cover... who knows if it was clean or not... the bed had a very nice mosquito net all around that every time you moved it aside to get into the bed, stuffed insects and dust fell onto the bed.In the bathroom the cleanliness was also very bad. The toilet was constantly filled with large ants, in the shower there was an incredible infestation of small ants. All the faucets were covered in limescale, having never been thoroughly cleaned.In the booking description it also says that the rooms have a hairdryer and I didn't see one, I asked someone from the staff and they told me that they only had 3 for all the villas and that all three were occupied. I finally got one on the second day, I attach a photo of the relic.They say they are friends of nature and they have three caged iguanas that they supposedly take out in the morning, but we always saw them locked up.The last straw was that on the third day, when we saw the PILLOWS and MATTRESS cover so DIRTY, we mentioned it to a waitress and asked her to speak to a supervisor or manager. He called him on the phone but told him that he was not going to go to the hotel at that time... 8:30 p.m., we had to sleep with STINKING pillows... after seeing them it was DISGUSTING. The next day the manager was supposed to come, we asked the waitress again in the morning, and no one had come to talk to us either, DISAPPOINTING.The motto that KTS Villas has is “Care&Love”, and given the supervisor's reaction, it seems to me that their motto is “Don't Care& Ignore”.I found it disappointing. The only good thing about the place was the gardens and the staff, who were all very friendly.

We started our journey in Bali at KTS in Dalung and had the most wonderful time. The staff were so welcoming and the setting was amazing. We felt like we were in a hidden paradise....so many different areas and places to rest and relax. The villas are set within beautiful surroundings, with rice fields and a variety of flora, fauna and animals 💚The food was always delicious (amazing cosy restaurant on site) and we enjoyed the variety of delicious cocktails!We also decided to go for a day trip to the Botanical Gardens, lake and temple and had such a fun day out, accompanied by lovely Vria and Gudday! They were such fun and showed us so much in one day!We know we will be back and will be recommending to all our friends!Thank you to everyone at KTS for a memorable four days.... especially Vria, Gudday, Tini and Mr Sudi 😊

We end our trip in Bali at KTS, and what a gem!! We had several nice accommodations and met some great people but at KTS it was even better, we were welcomed like kings with a lot of kindness and attention. The team is particularly great, always with a smile on their face and the desire to share their culture. The accommodation, the restaurant, the garden, the comfort is paradise. Mika's massage before leaving was also perfect, we return home on cloud nine and we promise to come back and stay longer. KTS was the most beautiful in Bali, the apotheosis of our vacation. Thank you+++ to the whole team.

Our experience was incredible in this accommodation. The views were like a movie. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful, no detail was lacking.They welcomed us with a cocktail and some wet towels.The staff is excellent and familiar.Very good food.I congratulate you for your great work and I hope to return soon.A hug to the entire KTS family.
