My co-worker recommended it to me, saying, ``This place is great!'', so I decided to make my solo camp debut. The layout is surrounded by trees, and reservations are required, so you won't get into a tight situation with your neighbors. You can use as much firewood as you want, but most of it is quite thick and long, and the saws you can rent won't cut at all, so it might be a good idea to bring your own saw.The tent floor is soft and drains well, so it's easy to peg the tent. The toilets are of the type where you take your shoes off before using them, so they're clean considering it's a campsite. It's a shame that there isn't a hot spring nearby, but it's more comfortable so I'm sure I'll come back again.

I used it for group camping. I made a reservation online and checked in, but I filled in the information I had written online again at the reception desk, and also filled in the child's name and car number. It took 30 minutes to complete the procedure as the receptionist changed hands and I was stopped several times. It can't be helped if you have to wait a long time during high season. I would like the information to be reflected when making an online reservation. I won't be going there again.

Free site available on weekdays in early September.First, we checked in at Nara no Kiya and headed to the site. There seems to be no manager on site on weekdays. Instead, there are security cameras throughout the campground.I am grateful that firewood is free (you need to cut it with a saw or ax) and that the toilets are washlet-equipped.Maybe because it was a weekday, I was the only one on the free site. Perhaps because it is a time when there are few visitors, the starry sky site is off-limits. It's a shame because it was a day when the stars looked beautiful. You can drive around the free site on the one-way gravel road only when loading and unloading luggage. There are also two trailers.During the day, the area is relatively lively with the sounds of JR trains, cars, and heavy machinery working nearby. At night, you can hear the sounds of insects and JR trains. There is only the minimum amount of light available near the toilets, so the site will be completely dark. Don't forget your hand light or head light.Going to the bathroom without a light is not recommended.Shoes are strictly prohibited in the restroom, and you must take off your shoes each time you use the toilet, so it's best to wear shoes that are easy to take on and off. When wild animals try to go to the bathroom at night, their eyes glow in the distance. Probably a sika deer. There were quite a few crows cawing nearby, so we had to be careful not to steal our food. This time I didn't mind because there weren't many people using it, but considering the number of sites, it seems like there aren't many toilets. However, the firewood is free and the toilets are clean. It might be a good idea if you want to feel soothed by a bonfire.

I made plans for a trip to Hokkaido and made reservations for a campsite.2024/8/27 I tried to cancel due to the approaching typhoon, but it was 2 days before the day and I couldn't do it online.I called, but it was late at night and there was a rainproof inn nearby, so I visited directly.I haven't seen the campsite either. Not even at the entranceEven though the reception is far awayEntrance fee for one tentI was surprised when I was charged the full amount.Although it was raining quite heavily, I was told that I had planned to camp anyway. Those who are caught in a trap that cannot take into consideration the situation will be squeezed out of even a single yen.Don't be fooled by malicious site homepagesIt's the worstAdded: I received a reply from the campsite. They say things like it's not their fault, but it's all my fault. At other campsites, you will be treated like a human being.I'll say it again: This is the worst campsite. If you don't want to regret it, you should stop using it.

It's a campsite with good service, but if it rains, it's pretty miserable. It's nice that the firewood is free, but since it's raw wood, it's difficult to cut, split, and burn. The area is covered with volcanic lapilli, and I thought it would have relatively good drainage, but for a moment there were mushrooms growing everywhere, and there were many slugs the size of which could be mistaken for leeches. It appears that they were originally trying to create a place with poor drainage and high humidity. When it rains, fine volcanic lapilli jumps up to about knee height and sticks to tents, tools, and cars, making them dirty and difficult to remove. The surrounding trees also seem to have a lot of sap, probably due to the high humidity, so if you get wet without an umbrella, you'll be exposed to rain mixed with sap, which may cause a rash if you have sensitive skin. The toilets and washing areas are extremely clean, and are of a level that can be recommended even for women.

It was a quiet campsite, and there were no noisy groups, but the neighbor was probably a camper, and the boiler was making a lot of noise in the morning, which made me feel uncomfortable, so I wonder if there is a dedicated site for campers. I thought...Other than that, there were no particular problems, and the receptionist did a good job of cleaning up the room, so I'm thinking of going again, but next time if the neighbor is a camper, I don't think I'll go again, so I'd like to ask them to make some adjustments to the site. I'm crying
