I recently stayed here, but I thought the owner had recently changed, and there were some things that weren't mentioned in other reviews, so I'm posting this.[It was good point]•Everywhere is always warm, including the reception, hallway, and outside the room. Good atmosphere-The bathroom, toilet, reception, hallway, etc. are all clean with no mold or dust.•The bathroom has a large washing area. It also has four showers.-The rooms are clean and some of the equipment is a little old, but it's okay for us to use it.•A wide variety of drinks for dinner. (More than a bad izakaya) The price is also reasonable.-A wealth of entertainment facilities such as table tennis tables and manga[Bad points]•The rice is cheap and not very tasty. There's nothing special about dinner, right? Most of the things were easier than I thought.I'm not a cooking expert or anything, but I think anyone can tell if it's instant soup, and I'd be disappointed if they knew it was instant. The stew tasted just like a common roux dissolved in it.The warm vegetables were delicious, but I didn't feel like they were particular about them. (The bagna cauda sauce was delicious)The bread wasn't very tasty either and was crumbly.Especially the gratin doesn't have much taste and is not delicious. . (Even though there is a lot of alcohol, it's a waste)•About customer serviceI ordered bread for dinner, but they served rice. They have coasters, but they don't put your drinks there.Talk like a friend.I forgot the sauce for the dessert right after I asked, so can I ask again? (please take notes if necessary)No one notices when I leave after the meal (although the inside of the kitchen is completely visible)•The entrance was flooded with water from melting snow. It stayed like that all night and was still the same in the morning. Also, it snowed the night we stayed, and in the morning the drying room and front of the entrance were so snowy that it was impossible to pass through, but none of the snow had been removed. I think I could have cleaned these if I took a quick look in the morning.• Kerosene containers are scattered in front of the entrance to the drying room, making it difficult to enter. Since it's kerosene, I felt it would be dangerous if a child knocked it over and it overflowed.that's all.The pension villages in this area are all popular because they have a beautiful atmosphere and are close to ski resorts. So I went there this time with high expectations, but there were many disappointing things.I'm sorry for the many negative opinions, but overall it's a clean inn and you won't have any complaints if you just stay there. So, the details are a shame! ! I want you to try harder! ! That's what I thought, so I commented. Please keep doing a good job. I support you. Sorry for the long post.

Thank you for staying with us for two nights during the holidays. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay with the courteous service. The great thing about it was that they would bring out a friendly cat if you asked. The location was near Mt. Nikko Shirane and convenient for mountain climbing.

The food is delicious and the owners are friendly and kind, making this a relaxing pension. It was an inn that I would like to visit even outside of the ski season.

The boss is very nice and polite. The room was big and comfortable. Vegetarian food can be prepared in the morning, which is super rich. European-style rooms with public Japanese baths. Very quiet little village. It's beautiful, like Europe.
