The food was delicious, but the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a pain. The bathroom is also old and dirty.

Stayed in July.All rooms are not air conditioned.It's a high altitude so it's cool, but men might want an air conditioner.Apparently the men's bath was old and dirty. The women's bath had been renovated and was clean inside. I have to say that the changing room is old. Also, I would say that the cleaning around the sink was not very thorough. There was an old building next to the hotel that was about to collapse (I think it used to be a shop or restaurant for tourists) and it had a gloomy atmosphere, so I hope it can be cleaned up soon.but! Although it's an inconvenient location and is only used by people going to Oze in the summer, the room was clean and the bedding was clean.As for the food, considering the accommodation fee (around 9,000 yen for adults), I think they did their best to make sure everyone could enjoy the food. The udon was delicious.Everyone at the front desk and the food servers were kind and I was grateful.It was also nice to be able to catch the bus to Hatomachi Pass from in front of the hotel. Purchase bus tickets at the front desk. When you buy a ticket, the hotel will contact the bus company and the shared bus will stop in front of the hotel.Breakfast is available from 5:30. You can take the bus at 6:30 and start climbing from Hatomachi Pass at 7:00.thank you for helping me.

Reserve a bento with Oze Bus Tour and receive your bento here.Maitake bento and tea cost 1,100 yen, but Maitake bento is a must-have item for me when I come to Oze (lol)Eat it at Yamanohana.It was packed with maitake mushroom okowa, which was too much for me.It was delicious with a sweet flavor.

Worst response from staffbath, eating placeNo explanationThere are three stink bugs in the room, on the ceiling.The dust like a spider's web is flickeringI was there.There's a lot of dust under the TVAs for the food, someone wrote about it.It's so cold it's the worstI hardly ate it.The good thing is that the ski slope is right in front of you and the part-time workers are nice.I will never come to this ski resort again!

I went there in the summer, and there were dead insects everywhere in the hotel hallways, so it was really unpleasant.As expected, everything was fine in the room, but he won't come again.

It's cooler than Shizuoka!So there is no air conditioner in the room.No matter how cool it was, the inside of the room was so hot that it was hard to sleep.It was a bit of a problem as there were no amenities such as combs, toothbrushes, hair dryers, etc.

I stayed here in late May while walking around Oze.*This hotel is the closest to Oze's Hatomachi Pass, and the shuttle bus comes right in front of the hotel, so it's very convenient.Although the hotel itself is quite old, the service itself was attentive and the breakfast and evening meals were delicious.Also, we stayed in a maisonette type room with 4 beds, which was fun and refreshing.The price was reasonable, so I recommend it as a base for exploring Oze.

The atmosphere of the older brother at the dinner restaurant was interesting. The food was delicious and the portions were just right.The Japanese-style room in the main building is more than 10 tatami mats, which is sufficient.The heater was warm so I turned it off and went to sleep.The shops close early, so I think it's a good idea to buy snacks etc. I will use it again next year.

It is located right in front of Oze Tokura Ski Resort, just a short walk from the lift.First of all, once you get on the lift in front of you and go to the top, you can ski on the lift that is a short walk away, so it is very smooth from the beginning.Although it is a very convenient hotel, I personally give it a 3 star rating. The reason I gave it a low rating is because it's not a heated toilet seat. That's so important to me that I would choose a hotel with a heated toilet even if there was a difference of about 1,500 yen from a hotel with a heated toilet. I'm sorry for the low rating due to my selfishness.Also, when the person who accompanied me tried to store his luggage after staying, he was told that there would be a charge, so I deducted one star.I thought that since the hotel had a signboard, I could basically leave my luggage there for free, but I guess I was wrong. However, if the size of the luggage is reasonable and there is a charge, it is no exaggeration to say that everyone will have to pay. I was a little angry.The staff at the restaurant were all new and friendly and really nice.

There's no end to the details, but it's mostly within an acceptable range 😁■The size of the room is normal, neither too large nor too small.■You are responsible for laying your own futon.■The room was warm at first, which was helpful, but once I got used to it, I couldn't adjust the temperature, so it was really hot.■The main building has a great panoramic view of the ski slopes right in front of you.■The large communal bath (hot spring) can be used all night.■The water may be a little hot. Children may not be able to stay in the water for long.■Although it is not large, it is rarely crowded due to the number of guests.■Meals are served as a buffet, and although there are not many items, it is sufficient for those who are primarily interested in enjoying snowboarding.It was a great memory of our family trip.thank you very much.

It was a place you could only visit in the winter, but in the summer you can camp or stay at a hotel and enjoy a barbecue on the terrace.In midsummer, it's cooler than the lower part of the country, so you can spend a comfortable time there.

I stayed there skiing. The original main entrance becomes a ski slope in winter, so access to the slope is good, but there is only a small parking lot for guests. It will probably be difficult to set up a parking lot from now on, but I wanted at least a parking space directly connected to the hotel where I could drop off my luggage.
