[202409 revisited]This time it's a mountain climbing expedition. With these facilities and services, I think 6,000 yen per night without meals is a bit expensive. There is WIFI, but it's mostly useless. If you just want to sleep, Kenko Land (no going out) may be fine.[202209] I used it for an overnight stay on a mountain climbing expedition. The entrance to the parking lot can be too far if you are not careful. The toilet does not have hot water flushing. There is a small fridge and TV. We have Tefal to boil water. The rooms are spacious and sheltered from rain and wind. It's comfortable for spending time in the mountains. When I went to bed at 8pm because I was leaving early in the morning, I saw several elderly people in the hallway around 11pm. I woke up to a woman's loud voice. I wanted to try the highly rated breakfast (from 7am).

I stayed there for work.To be honest, it's the worst...I've stayed at various hotels, but nothing like this...I didn't think it was a problem of lack of manpower or anything like that.Front desk: Welcome and thank you for your hard work. Service that does not seem like customer service. No explanation about breakfast etc.Guest room: It appears to have been a smoking room (I've agreed that it can't be helped since I'm staying as part of my work duties). The smell was very lingering, so I had to bring my own deodorant. The unit bath smells very moldy and smells bad, and when I turn on the ventilation fan, it sounds like it's about to break and fall, so I turned off the ventilation fan. Hair like a nuisance on the shower head. There is also a lot of hair in the bathroom. There are disposable soaps, single-use shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, and razors.Towels and bath towels that looked like they had been tossed around casually. Is the cleaner a small person? I tried to take it positively, but I backed out because of the hair issue.Even the hot water is not good. The bed itself is fine.TV is small. The refrigerator is also very small and placed directly on the floor. To be honest, it's not only difficult to use, but I wish they would have told us about the outlets in advance for the rooms that have reservations, but considering the front desk's response, I'm sure that will be improved, but it's an impossible order in the next life. It seemed to me.Food: The Google reviews for breakfast are very good, but the room was so bad that I think the breakfast looked shiny.Very ordinary in content.Raw eggs are placed on the table, and it seems that you can eat as many as you want, but the container used to break the eggs is on the other side of an acrylic board to maintain social distance, and there is no gap in the acrylic board, so the eggs are stuck there. Just because there is, neither the person on the board nor the person on the bowl side can eat it.There are no spoons for yogurt, and even the self-serve water dispenser cannot be used due to lack of water.I'm sorry, but I can only be stingy.I felt that it was normal for this place to have empty rooms even though the surrounding hotels were full. This is just my personal opinion, and I think everyone has their own opinion, but I found it so bad that I didn't really want to give it any stars.

There was something reddish like limescale in the bathroom. There is no coin laundryIf you are staying for multiple nights, you can drive to a nearby coin laundry.I'll have to go.There are a lot of stains on the floor in the room, so slippers are a must. There is no washlet and the toilet seat is small.
