Why is the price determined based on the usage of the facility on the site of an abandoned school?

I was a little nervous as it was my first winter camp (is it still autumn?), but I rented a kerosene stove and a hot carpet and was able to have fun without getting cold even at a low temperature of 2 degrees Celsius. It was a great campsite for families with children, with a tour of the school building, play in the schoolyard, clean kitchen and restrooms, a 5-minute drive from a convenience store, and plenty of hot springs nearby.Next time I would like to use the wooden deck with my friends and family.

You can camp in the school grounds, and you can also tour the school building during the day. I felt nostalgic.

We used the Saturday campsite for 1 night and 2 days from May 1st.Unfortunately, there was a heavy rain of 11 mm during the night, and the ground became muddy and muddy, but the tent was just barely okay. There was a beautiful cherry blossom tree in the back of the large site, and we were able to escape from the heavy rain. It seems like it will provide some nice shade in the summer. The kitchen has hot water, and the toilets are Western-style and equipped with washlets. The man has 1 urinal and 1 washlet. The woman seems to be using Washlet 2. There was a heater in the bathroom so we didn't get cold even at night. The inside of the school building remains intact and campers are free to tour it.Hardwood and softwood firewood were sold at the entrance, and they were dry and easy to burn.

We used the wood deck site for 3 days and 2 nights. This campground is located in an abandoned school, and has a nostalgic atmosphere. Even adults will be excited to explore a school building with a Showa-era atmosphere. When the school closed, some of the equipment and bulletin boards inside were left intact, so it feels like time has stopped. It's interesting because you can explore the inside of the school building. The site itself is spacious as there is sufficient space between the lots. There is one place in the kitchen where hot water comes out, and you can use a washlet in the toilet. There is no bath, so you will have to use the nearby hot springs. There are multiple locations within a 5-10 minute drive, so you won't have any problems. When it comes to procuring ingredients, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. This is also about a 10 minute drive and has everything you need, so if you need any ingredients, you can procure them locally.Firewood is sold within the school building, so if you run out of firewood, you can purchase it locally. There is a space for children to play in the middle of the schoolyard (there is nothing there), so I thought it would be a good idea to bring some toys to play with.

An abandoned school to a campsite. The weather was bad, there was no rain and wind, but in a way it was a good experience. If the weather was nice, I might be able to see the stars. Children could play inside the school building.

The site of an old elementary school. The ground, turf, and artificial turf are very clean and the equipment doesn't get dirty easily. There is also a comfortable site with a wooden deck and power supply.
