I don’t know why the comments I left earlier this year were deleted🤔This hotel is great, but the owner deleted hundreds of reviews 😅If any Taiwanese people want to come, I highly recommend it.The meals are delicious and the service is also very good. During the meal, the service staff will use a translator to introduce the dishes one by one. One grandpa even took out his notebook and read the words above in English, which is really cute😆It is recommended to check in at the hotel early because there is a sake bar, snacks, etc. that closes too late. The scenery in the lobby is very good, and you can also watch performances at night~Each room is named after a flower and plant, very cute🥹The view from the room window is directly above the stream, so beautiful! The public pool is very comfortable, and there are many private hot spring rooms to choose from. It is recommended to pay and make a reservation when checking in. I think the Star Hot Spring House is very worth it! There are various kinds of yukata in the lobby to choose from~During dinner, the housekeeping staff would prepare the bed. It was my first time sleeping on a Japanese-style bed and I found it super comfortable and easy to sleep! Fall asleep in seconds😂Overall, the prices here are not high and the standards are high. The century-old store lives up to its reputation. I highly recommend it!

The location was great, and I was able to relax and enjoy the view of the river and waterfall from my room and public bath. I was a little worried about the temperature difference between the open-air bath and the indoor bath, but I would like to visit again.

It was a great stay. What impressed me most was the customer service. There were many good things like the facilities, rooms, hot springs, and food, but the best thing was the people.Everyone at the reception, the people cleaning the ice cream, and the people we passed each other, were all very kind.I stay at inns several times a year, and I may be using this as a misnomer, but there are very few inns where the staff behind the scenes are attentive. As for the private bath, it's a good deal compared to other hotels! However, the building is old and has been renovated repeatedly, so the space for staff that can be seen through the gaps feels a little dated.I hope that the company will continue to prosper and create a comfortable working environment for its employees.I would love to stay again!I would like to bring my dog with me if I can stay there too.

The front desk seemed unfriendly. Prioritizing tidying up around you, greetings and checking are just too much for customer service. The meal was a multi-course meal, but they never brought the next dish, and even after checking and saying ``I'll bring it,'' they never came. When I checked with another employee, the menu details were actually incorrect.I'd like to think it's a coincidence, but I was a little concerned because it was the first time I'd encountered such a variety of inns (hotels). The quality of the hot springs and food was good, but it's a shame.

The accommodation was better than I expected. The front desk seems to be too busy, but that's the only problem. The location, food, and hot springs are great.Hot springs typical of hot springs, gentle flavors made from ingredients sourced from the Aizu region, a location right in front of a mountain stream, and a number of indoor baths, open-air baths, and private baths right in front of a waterfall.

The private bath was spacious, moisturized my skin, and made me feel very relaxed. The room was comfortable, but I was a little worried about the room temperature near the refrigerator. I would be even more happy if it was improved the next time I stay.

Despite the reasonable price, I was soothed by the spacious room and wonderful view on the 6th floor. The private open-air bath at night was great, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall it was a satisfying stay.

There were plenty of services, including yukata rentals, welcome drinks, and self-serve ice cream and beer. In particular, the check-in response was excellent, so I would like to use it again.

Note!Maybe the reviews got worse, so I deleted all the reviews so far.In the first place, I don't know why all the hundreds of reviews would disappear even though the shop name hasn't even changed, and this is the only facility where all the reviews have disappeared. If you want to know the real rating, you can understand the essence by looking at the reviews of Hanare Matsushimakaku in order of lowest rating.
