It looks like a ruin, and the inside of the building is not clean at all, with spider webs and dust collecting in places, but there don't seem to be many guests, so it's a very quiet environment and the quality of the spring water is excellent. You can enjoy the hot springs at your leisure. The private family bath is small, but the men's and women's bathrooms are large enough for multiple people to take a bath. Before the coronavirus, it was the best value for money inn where you could get hot springs at an unbeatable price of 5,000 yen with two meals per night, but now it costs 4,000 yen for a night without meals, which can no longer be denied. When I visited recently, I found that a black cat was living in the garden (?) behind the building, and when I saw it, it would approach me begging for food and start meowing endlessly. There was cat food left in the kitchen by other guests, along with a note saying, "Please give it to me," but was the host aware of it?

An old hideaway inn. Currently, it is under the management of Azuma-so, and for check-in, etc., please call and an employee will appear from Azuma-so. I stayed here in the summer of 2020. The room is 8 tatami mats. No food is provided; you must bring your own food, cook your own food, or eat out. That night, there was a kettle burning in the self-catering kitchen, but since there were no staff, the guests had to deal with it among themselves, and in the end, the truth was unknown. The back of the building is said to be the dormitory for Azumasou employees. The quality of the spring water is good and it is suitable for hot spring therapy. There are men's, women's, and family baths, and you can see the mountain range and courtyard through the glass, and you can enjoy a snowy bath in winter. Anyone can use the family bath if it is empty, but perhaps because there are so few people using it, it tends to get very hot, so you may have to use water to warm it up. I haven't met any staff during my day trip bathing (in other words, I can come and go as I please), and I enter by putting the 400 yen fee into the fishbowl next to the entrance. I'm always worried that someone might steal my bath or suspect that I was bathing without paying. On the other hand, if the goldfish bowl is empty but there are previous customers in the hot springs, it is suspected that they are taking a bath without paying, which makes them uneasy. We recommend that guests and employees be given tags that say ``Guest Bathing'' or ``Employee Bathing'' and have them displayed on the changing basket. Bathroom cleaning begins at 8:30 a.m. for men and women on alternate days, and bathing begins around 1 a.m. Maintenance of the facility is minimal, with moldy smells throughout, dust buildup, and old corpses of insects everywhere. Even considering the benefits of hot springs, the price is probably around 3,000 yen per night.

We recommend staying at this facility at least once. When I run the air conditioner, it makes a loud thumping noise. The room with self-catering facilities is overflowing with things and is not suitable for self-catering.The futon seemed clean.I think you will feel more comfortable in other establishments after staying here

The prices were attractive. The hot springs were nice, but going once is enough. It was a problem that the walls of the room were thin and voices could be heard clearly.

I stayed here for 4,000 yen without meals.I was looking for a hot springs inn that I had never been to before, and went there after staying in Naruko.I thought the rooms and communal kitchens all had the same feel. It's not pretty at all.It had been thoroughly cleaned, so it's not like there's any dust, but it looks like there's dirt that hasn't been removed over the years. What surprised me most after staying there were the last two photos. When I turned off the light at night, I could see the light next door through the gap. It's a gap that you can't see even if you look into it, but the light looks like a photo.I didn't like this.I guess I shouldn't have to worry about it since it's an inn like this, but it really bothered me.There were about 3 groups of customers on weekdays. The three groups were clustered together, probably because they were easier to clean and manage.I thought it would be a good idea to free up one room at a time. The bath was good.It might be a little tough for people who don't have a lot of privacy. .
