It was my first time staying at a private lodging facility. There is a parking lot for one car, but only light vehicles can park there. There is a coin parking nearby, so if you have a regular car, please use that. The rooms are clean and feel like they were renovated from an old private house. The front door can be opened by entering a PIN code. The construction is poor, so when you close it you have to pull it until it clicks. There is a kitchen, but fires cannot be used due to fire regulations. There is a microwave oven so you can warm up your lunch. You can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee by inserting a coin. The bath is like a bath at home. There is a projector installed, but it's not that good, so it looks whitish and makes your eyes tired. Speaking of tiring eyes, indoor lighting is white, which makes them tiring. I would like it to be at least an LED type that can be dimmed. I don't know if it's because of the Shiga location or because it's originally an old private house, but it has a unique smell. I think it's probably a sewage/drainage related smell, but it's always bothered me. Since it is a private lodging, the price is the same for adults and children. I've written a lot about this, but if you have a choice between spending time in the same building with people you don't know in a place you don't know, or spending time in a place you don't know with only people you know, if you have small children, I think you'll choose the latter. I am grateful for this facility. The facility is sufficient for just sleeping.
