I went there in the summer for a high school club training camp, but there was no air conditioning, so it was very hot.Also, there were a lot of insects that came out at night and I didn't like it. Another bad point is that the store is a 20 minute walk one way. The rice was delicious.

Great location next to the slopes.Used during the year-end and New Year holidays of 2023 and 2024, the fireworks on New Year's Eve are spectacular as they rise right in front of your eyes.The building has the feel of a ski hotel from yesteryear, so it's okay, but as long as you know that, you'll be fine.The food menu was well thought out, delicious and satisfying.

They let me into my room as soon as I arrived, so I didn't have to worry about changing clothes or taking my luggage. Dinner was plentiful and delicious. I was really grateful that I was allowed to use the room even after I checked out until I returned, so I didn't have to worry about changing my clothes or luggage like I did when I arrived, and I was also able to use the bathroom.

I changed my plans to sleep in the car and suddenly called to stay overnight without meals, and they kindly gave me permission.The rooms are spacious, there is a toilet in the room, you can leave the board in the room, and the owner is quick and kind.But, but.If you see a stink bug, don't touch it and post it on the front desk. But since it's winter, I didn't think it would come out...At night, when I turn off the lights in my room,Something fell on my arm.I shook it off and turned on the light, and there he was.Marukamebug.A dark brown stink bug shaped like a ladybug.Since they will appear at home in the fall, since they are familiar to me, I gently wrapped them in tissue and tied up the bag from the trash bin and sealed it. I can't call the front desk in the middle of the night.What should I do if I get a stink bug shower after this?I don't want it to get lost in my luggage. I can't sleep thinking about it.For the time being, I sealed off white items, as these insects tend to attach to white items.In this case, it would have been better to sleep in the car...If there wasn't a stink bug, I would have given it 5 points...

I was impressed by the ski resort in Iwakura and had been looking for a place to stay as a base for a while, but I was satisfied with the low price, proximity to the slopes, and hot springs. I was also grateful to the older brother of the employee who worked to cover the labor shortage. There were certainly a lot of stink bugs, but I don't mind them, so I'll use them when it snows again.
