Clean and well located hotel, but the room is very small, and the price is high for what you get.

The service staff were good, the room was clean, and the bed was large. The hotel is close to the train station. However, there was a minor issue with my suitcase lock breaking. I had left the suitcase open since the first day I arrived, and on the day the cleaning staff came, the lock was broken off the suitcase.I reported the issue to the hotel, and the staff were helpful, but no one admitted to breaking it. I understand it was an accident that no one intended. The hotel offered to compensate half the price of the suitcase, but I’d need to buy a new one and provide the receipt for confirmation.I want to warn everyone to take pictures of their belongings before leaving the room to avoid similar issues. I feel really upset about the damage to my suitcase. The accommodation wasn’t cheap, and now I have to buy a new suitcase, which feels very unfair.

This was our first stay in Tokyo and it was a perfect location. Close to train stations, quiet at night & clean. We would stay here again 100%. Also a direct line from haenda airport which makes the transition easy.

Jesus Christ. How is this rated as a 4-star?? Pubes - yes you read that correctly, PUBIC HAIRS - in the shower and suspicious red AND brown stains on the floors like Jackson Pollock was offered a stay. We complained to Booking.com and the manager on duty and were issued a complete refund on the spot. The single star is for the kind staff who made it happen. We checked into another hotel that same night.

The flooring in the rooms is not possible to clean. Our first room, the toilet door had what looked like caked/dry urine on the door and smelled of urine. The hotel staff were accommodating and upgraded us to a better room, but even in that room, the bathroom smelled of urine (like a public washroom). The new room also had what looked like powdered makeup that fell on the floor and clearly has not been cleaned. The type of flooring used in this hotel traps dirt and grime and given that two rooms in a row had the same issue I would say this hotel is inherently dirty. We are staying because we have no other choice as we prepaid

Service was super friendly, location was amazing - so convenient to get around the city. Close to shopping, a 7/11 and Tsukiji market. Room is small but the layout out is great. Bed is very large. The bed/shower/bathroom is very clean but the walls need a refresh.

Good hotel option near the center of Ginza.Rooms are on the smaller side, but they're well-designed and clean. A notable feature is the availability of multiple rooms with king-size beds, which is uncommon in Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. For smokers, there's a designated area on an outside balcony on the 12th floor - another rarity in Japanese hotels. The hotel offers a solid overall experience. It's worth considering, especially if you can secure a good rate. While not exceptional, it provides comfortable accommodation in a prime location. A decent choice for those wanting to stay near Ginza without breaking the bank.
