More of a training camp than an innThe customer service is good, but the service is bad.There are no amenities, and towels are available for a fee. Bath towels cost ¥350 and lack a sense of cleanliness.The room was small, with just enough space to lay out a futon and sleep. There were three futons in one room, but it felt like it was full for two people.The futon was clean and had sheets for the mattress, but the comforter and pillows lacked a sense of cleanliness. I believe the cover had been washed, but...The bath is also called a ``private family bath,'' but it has two showers (weak) and a bathtub that can be filled by one person. Since it is a hot spring, the quality of the water is not bad, but it is not a relaxing experience for multiple people.Shampoo and body soap are provided.There is a hair dryer, but it is very weak.It is basically self-service.Students seem to be especially wary, and if there is a large group, they will be asked to reserve the place for themselves.I can't say that the BBQ course is fulfilling at all. The iron plate equipment is classic, heating a short iron plate from below with a gas stove, and the position must be adjusted manually to disperse the heat. It may be a good idea to buy additional ingredients in advance in case you run out of ingredients.The serving plates are perfect for the number of people, so it would be a good idea to bring spares.Overall, I can't recommend it highly enough.
