The bath in the room was very luxurious. There was also a massage chair, which I was grateful for after a long drive! However, the cup at the restaurant was a little dirty/cloudy, so I didn't use it...I would like to order it in a different season next time!

This is a hot spring inn located slightly on the outskirts of Onogawa's hot spring town. I think the quality of the hot springs is a mixture of springs 4 and 5, but it was very warm and made my skin silky smooth. You can feel the faint sulfur smell, the feeling of radium promoting metabolism, and the gentleness of metasilicic acid on the skin. There are two large public baths, one along the river with only an indoor bath, and the other with an open-air bath, and the men and women will be swapped halfway through each bath. There is also a private family bath available. The interior of the hotel has a calm atmosphere, decorated with numerous frog decorations and calligraphy in a unique font. There is no elevator, so you will need some leg strength. You can see the pond from the window and hear the frogs croaking at night. If the time is right, there are some spots where you can see fireflies near the inn.In addition, the meals have a local feel, such as dinner where you can mainly enjoy Yonezawa beef, and breakfast where you can choose white rice or gyudon in the morning.Furthermore, when it comes to seafood, he is extremely modest. The portions are not too large and both are delicious. There is also a massage chair in the guest room, which you can use as you like. It was a great relief. Also, there are panels and goods of Onsen Musume Onogawa Komachi-chan, which are exclusive to this inn. We also recommend this to anyone looking for it.

This inn was recommended to us by a local and we even made a reservation for it. Speaking of Onogawa Onsen...the name of this inn came up first. There was a good selection of Japanese sake, and I was able to enjoy it to my heart's content. I once again enjoyed the reception and conversation of the waitress.
