100% Joshu beef hamburgerI had high expectations when I saw the name and the photo on the storefront.I was surprised at how bad it tasted! !The meat had no texture and was dry and tasteless!The thing that annoyed me the most was that the hamburger was cold! !It's not that it's hot, it's coldI didn't feel the heat from the beginning!I had to put up with it being a little red inside because it was a cow.It's cold...And 2000 yen! ! 4000 yen for two people ← I felt like I was losing out on such a bad hamburger.

I came to the store after seeing it on SNS and was curious about it.It is true that the customer service of the staff is not good.I didn't smile, always had a straight face, and I thought he wasn't friendly at all.The most important thing was the footbath, which felt good.The matcha latte I ordered was delicious, but the beer my partner ordered didn't seem to be very tasty.It wasn't really unpleasant, but none of the staff were smiling and it felt strange to be at this store, even though it's a tourist spot.It makes me wonder why the people working there chose the hospitality industry as a career.

Use the cafe! I took advantage of the hotel's women's plan that said drinks were free, but when I actually went there, I was told that it was not alcoholic. The girls' plan said that alcohol was okay, but the ice cream drink was delicious, so it's okay.

Entered the store around 20:30. The only drinks on the cafe menu other than hot coffee were available.I was told that all the parfaits were also out of stock.Reluctantly, I ordered a hojicha latte and caramel macchiato with the hot spring logo.The caramel macchiato was 100 steps behind, the hojicha latte didn't have a hot spring mark, and the taste was weak.In the end, it was lukewarm from the moment it was brought to me.I also used the footbath, but there was a lot of dust in the water. I guess it can't be helped since it was late, but it was just too bad.Even though I was told there was no ice cream, I could clearly see the staff eating ice cream inside.If you're going to tell a customer that you don't have ice cream, I think it's better not to eat ice cream where you can see it.There were many other things I wanted to say.I held back. I was so disappointed that I didn't want anyone else to feel the same way, so I decided to comment.

The only good things about this place are the location and the female staff.Other than that, it was the worst.The male staff's response was so bad that I wanted to claim compensation. It's beyond the level of getting your money back.You can't show that.

I didn't know how the restaurant worked, so I decided on the menu at the reception and then went to my seat.The staff's response is not good.It feels bad. I think there are many customers visiting the store for the first time, so I would like the system to be easier to understand.Since there are many people in the footbath, there is a lot of garbage floating around in the footbath, making it unhygienic.I think there are some parts that can't be helped, but it's obvious they haven't cleaned it. I didn't like it because there was garbage floating around that made me think.
