I used it on my trip to Unzen. The hot springs were also very relaxing. I was disappointed that the changing room felt small. The food was also very delicious and filling. I would like to use it again.

We had booked a tempura dinner plan, and three groups of customers, including us, ate freshly fried tempura while listening to an explanation at the counter. The hot springs were also of very good quality.

The quality of the hot spring water was very good. When you enter the open-air bath in the annex, there is a private house nearby, so you can probably see it from the outside. It was a hassle because the indoor bath and outdoor bath were separate. The rice is very satisfying with abalone and beef. I wanted to drink beer after taking a bath, but there was nothing in the store and there were no convenience stores nearby, so I think people who want to drink should buy some. Convenient as the bus stop is right in front.

The quality of the food and hot springs was not quite up to par with the quality of the food, so I was left with a lot of question marks during my stay at this inn. Overall, I feel that the price is high considering the content. Also, it seems that the hospitable staff mentioned in previous reviews were not present at all.If you compare it with other hotels in the same price range, the difference is obvious.

We stayed in a mountain view twin room on the 5th floor of the main building with meals included. The view of the steamy hell from the room was great, but the mat on the sofa table was dirty. Also, the hair dryer was manually operated and the bathroom in the room was as small as a business hotel. The meal is tempura [Kofuku]I chose this course because I saw on TV that they used Mr. Shimabara's seed-picked vegetables. The chef carefully explained the ingredients, and we enjoyed the delicious meal along with local sake. However, even though I wasn't full, there were times when only 1/4 of each fried vegetable came out. There were only two of us as guests, so where did the remaining 1/2 go? That's what I think lolThe breakfast was plentiful.Rice and miso soup are brought to you in pots and pots. The zaba marinated in white wine was delicious. The female breakfast staff was very good at explaining things and was very kind. There was a panel introducing chefs just outside the breakfast hall, and there were many people with the same name, so it might be a hereditary system where the chefs are family members or siblings.I have stayed at several accommodations in Unzen, but this was my first time staying here.About 35,000 yen per person on weekdays. Honestly, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

I used it with a friend the other day.The quality of the hot springs was very good, and all the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. The person serving the food was also very thorough in explaining the food, which made the food taste even more delicious. However, my only regret was that the Hanao setta sandals that were provided were hard and hurt when I walked in them.Although I was only able to stay for one night, I was able to feel the warm hospitality and the warm hospitality they provided.I would definitely like to visit again.
