Very clean and modern with amazing amenities. The private onsens were well equipped and breakfast was delicious!! The concierge was so sweet to go the extra mile to help us park our car when we checked in and drove it back to the foyer when we checked out.

I chose Midoriya for my trip to Kamakura, Shinshu. |When the typhoon situation was not clear, I received many phone calls for advice, and I was impressed by their kindness and politeness. …

I think it would be even more fun if you went with someone, but I thought this was the perfect inn for solo travelers, with features like a mobile concierge system that allows you to rent out the baths on your smartphone. Ultimately, this is a system where you don't encounter other people, and no one person has to suffer. I may come again with someone, but I think I'll go again alone.

Do not come to this hotel. People not friendly and they will charge you for parking. Was looking for a hotel to stay at for the night and parked in the parking lot for 5 min and the guy parked in front of me and charged me 10,000 yen. He was not friendly at all there was no one here and I can see why. Horrible!

I used it as a family with my 6 month old child. The family plan allows you to eat meals in your room, so it was safe to bring young children with us in consideration of other guests. There was also a baby bath in the bathroom, which I was able to use without hesitation. Most of the arrangements during your stay, such as checking out and requesting rental items, can be made via your smartphone, so I think it's a great advantage to be able to keep an eye on your children. The hot springs and food were excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly, so it was a place where moms and dads who were a bit tired from raising children could spend a moment of peace.

Although I have heard of the name, this is my first visit to Bessho Onsen. As the name suggests, it's a wonderful inn surrounded by greenery, and when I opened the front door, the garden that looked like a framed picture spread out in front of me, and I couldn't help but let out a cheer. We were welcomed by a very friendly host and his wife with a soft and gentle smile.Contrary to the traditional image of an inn in a hot spring town, what surprised me most was that it was a super high-tech inn where everything from checking in and out, checking the room key, checking the status of the bath, ordering snacks, etc., could all be done using a smartphone. There was also.By the way, you can also do glamping. There are 3 private baths in total, 2 large bathrooms with 3 washing areas that can accommodate 3 to 5 people, and 1 small bathroom with 1 washing area that can accommodate 1 to 2 people. It also has an indoor bath and an open-air bath. The hot water ♨️ is a simple sulfur spring, which makes your skin soft and smooth!Above all, I was happy that I was allowed to take a bath until the very last minute of check-out (11am).Thanks to this, I was able to take a bath even after my morning walk and conquered all the bathrooms! I thoroughly enjoyed it! 🩷The room also has a shower room, so it's convenient if you just want to wash off your sweat. We also have amenities that girls (and boys) will love, such as Dyson hair dryers, ReFa shower heads, and Marks &web shampoo and conditioner.Samue is also available, so I think you can really go there with just your clothes!(I brought too many unnecessary things!💦)There is also a kids room with a ball pool and picture books, so I took a peek and thought my grandson would be happy if I brought him there. This time I only had breakfast, but the steamed bread made with rice flour and the homemade red bean paste and apple jam were very delicious, with plenty of vegetables (and dessert included!), so I'd definitely like to try dinner next time. .It was an inn that made me want to come back with my family again 😊

I used it for a night without meals.Although I checked in late, I was given a thorough explanation, free drinks and sweets, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. There was an open-air bath, and it was all reserved for private use, which was great!
