This is the 8th time. The quality of the campers is better than that of the neighboring campsite, and the facilities are set according to the number of sites, so you can use it without stress.

I thought it was hard to answer the phone, but I saw a lot of similar reviews, so I guess it's okay because you can make money from it.

It's located in the back of Tanzawa, and there are some narrow roads along the way that make it difficult to pass each other, but as long as you stay connected to the car heading for check-in, you can rest assured even with a fairly large car.Cabin rental set costs 20,000 yen.The tent site alone cost over 10,000 yen, which I thought was a bit expensive, but the shared areas and cabins were thoroughly cleaned, so it was a reasonable price. There were restrictions such as prohibition of use in large groups, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind as there were many families who stayed calm. There was beer, sake, and champagne available at the reception, and there was also a washer/dryer in the bath and shower room, which was great for staying multiple nights. If you are planning to take a shower, etc., it is better to bring lots of 100 yen coins. The cabin has an air conditioner and can be lowered to 16 degrees, so since it was summer, I used it as a cooler box and shelter. It was very clean and the kids were happy with the spacious bunk beds. The tent site was quite spacious, and there was gravel underneath, so there seemed to be plenty of room for a large tent and tarp. There is a small stream at the border between the neighboring campsite. At the back of the campsite, there was a river that you could float on, and everyone from small children to elementary school students could enjoy it.Overall, I think it's a very good campsite for families (^^) I was told that repeat visitors will get a 1000 yen discount if they use it about once a year.

It is run with strict rules, so it is very safe even if you have small children. When it comes to camping, some guests may have bad manners, but that's not the case here.Recommended for people who simply want to enjoy camping with their family.

On August 2024, I visited Bauerhaus for the first time in two years since my last visit. The camping craze seems to be cooling down in the world, and our kids are getting older, so we think we'll be going less frequently. However, that's why I wanted to choose a campsite like Bauerhaus, which is a little more expensive but offers a calm and relaxing place. This time, the environment was as clean as ever. The fact that the campsite is spacious may also be a factor in making you feel more relaxed. Also, I usually use a cot whenever I go to a campsite, but this campsite is gravel and the ground is less uneven, so I realized that I could sleep without a cot.-----------About a year later, I visited again. There are many types of campgrounds along rivers, including those that resemble a village river, the main stream, a mountain stream, and the headwaters. The water here is quite clear and open even among mountain streams, the flow is fast, and there are few places where moss grows on the riverbed. Some campgrounds and rivers are attacked by black flies, but here I have never encountered one even when I was by the river from early morning until evening. Also, since the water is quite deep, children should bring life jackets, beach shoes, goggles, and box glasses for even more fun.-----Although the prices are high, it is well managed, has a calm customer base, and is very clean. The section of the site is quite large, and the water facilities such as toilets, showers, and washing areas are very clean. I have never seen a campsite with such clean outside toilets. The garbage disposal site is also neatly organized, and it is completely different from the garbage disposal site that is just piled up like a wildfire like at a certain campground near here. They are also very kind to campers at check-in and check-out. The staff will greet you and talk to you, so if there is anything you don't understand, such as where the restroom is, it is easy for children and others to ask.Croissants are recommended for freshly baked bread. It's moist and extremely delicious.

A very clean campsite with excellent management services. We have easy-to-use sets and equipment rentals, so you can easily stay here. The public bath is large and great. The adjacent river is also shallow and clean and easy for small children to play in.The sanitary facilities such as toilets and washing areas were also kept clean, so I was able to use them without any hesitation.

Cabin is air conditioned, clean and comfortableThe tent site is also spacious. The easy set that you can request as an option is very good. The communal toilets, kitchen, and paid baths are all clean and maintained at the same level every year, which shows the efforts of the staff.I wish there were more types of ice cream.

I'm still staying here, but I'll write a review.I rate it highly. Two elementary school children, my wife, and I stayed in a tent for 11,000 yen.Baths that require reservations and coin showers that can be used at any time cost additional money. The restrooms and washing areas are clean. Most of the customers are families with children, and other than the kids playing around energetically, I don't feel that it's noisy. It can be said to be suitable for families and couples. There is a river right next to the property, and you can enjoy swimming in the river in the summer. My son was catching freshwater crabs. It's not like swimming in a pool, but even small children can enjoy it. Children under kindergarten are anxious if their parents are not present at all times. One thing caught my attention.I think the timing was bad this time, or it was a Japanese thrush, but it kept singing all night. I was able to enjoy raw nature and let my child experience that some birds chirp at night, but I was a little concerned about their unique cries.Overall, I liked it and plan to go camping again.

Please stay away from this place! Worst behavior from a racist owner. Read the other comments to see if it's common. I just wanted to go hiking. However, the visitor center parking lot was small and full. So we went to this nice looking place with lots of space. I couldn't even get out of the car yet when the owner already jumped out the door. I tried to explain my situation and politely asked if I could park here (paid of course). However, I was cut off very rudely early on with the worst attitude. What's wrong with politely saying it's impossible? Are you Japanese too? Have you ever heard of hospitality? While I stay in the largest free space. Also, I spoke to the person in Japanese, so why is he speaking English? Oh, and do all foreigners have to speak English?Update: I tried reading his answer to understand what this person thinks. A person who hates people runs a business for people. can't believe it! Can't you even ask questions? Are you automatically treated as an intruder if you don't pay?Why don't they put up a sign saying "Parking is for guests only"? Or, in his case, "Get off my property, you scumbags who won't pay" (lol)
