Due to the local nature of this place, we enjoyed delicious seasonal foods. All the dishes are delicious, plentiful and very satisfying. As for the hot springs, the open-air bath had a lukewarm source for a relaxing soak, and the indoor bath had a hot source with a lukewarm water, making the water just the right temperature and easy to soak in.It's a quiet place, so I took my time. There are so many types of wine and sake that I was confused, but I was very satisfied with the delicious food.I will visit you again in a different season.

I chose this ryokan because of the natural hot spring water. There are only a few guest rooms, so you don't have to get too crowded with other people, so it's recommended for people who want to relax in peace.

Used for day trip bathing.https://youtu.be/cgdQuLjar3kTake your time in the communal bath. 1000 yen. Paypay payment also appears to be possible.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, so you can take a bath with just a towel. Is it possible to purchase towels too?The open-air bath has a suction hole, so it seems to be used in combination with circulation.I think people who like remote hot spring inns will find it irresistible. After the renovation, it has become beautiful, but it feels like it lacks emotion, so maybe Bessho or Rokukyoyu would be better.I think it's a quiet environment and perfect for relaxing. After the renovation, the day trip bathing fee was increased from 500 yen to 1000 yen, and the changing room was renovated, but the bathroom remained the same. There is a locker for small items in front of the changing room.I don't mind raising prices, butIt seems that the service needs to be improved to some extent. For example, there are plenty of amenities, drinks after bathing, etc.Considering the rise in accommodation fees, things have become a bit questionable. If you're going to pay that much, it would be better to do a major renovation worth billions.Considering the location, I think it would be better to aim for a customer group that enjoys a secluded hot spring, rather than seeking the luxury and formal service of famous hot spring resorts.

UnfortunatelyDay-trip bathing was discontinued around the end of last year.I don't think we will be able to inherit our grandfathers and grandmothers' warm personalities and their desire for people to enjoy day-trip bathing as they are!Why is it only available to overnight guests?I feel that the basis of customer service is to make customers happy. Moreover, even if it becomes 1,000 yen, which is double the previous price, I don't feel like discontinuing it!I can only feel that they are only looking for profit, but how do you feel? It's a shame

A quiet hot spring inn deep in the mountainsThere are only a few inns in the surrounding area, but no souvenir shops, restaurants, or retail stores, making this hot spring area feel like a true hidden hot spring deep in the mountains. The colorless and transparent hot water has a gentle bathing sensation, and the temperature is just right, not too warm or too hot. However, if you take a long bath, it will get too warm, so take it in moderation. There are several baths, but I will refrain from mentioning them as they are something to enjoy during your stay...but they are really lovely baths.Meals are served in the dining room on the first floor. It probably changes depending on the season, but when I was there, I had small mushroom hotpot, pickled udon, steamed egg custard, tempura, grilled fish, shabu-shabu hotpot for the main dish, and small side dishes. We were always provided with hot food.I was worried whether I would be able to eat the main dish because I was full, so I told them, and they gave me breakfast. When it comes to alcohol, you'll be spoiled for choice as the lineup mainly consists of Japanese sake. There are 3 types of tasting sake sets, so 2 sets of tasting sake (6 types in total) seemed ideal. Recommended for people who can drink. The breakfast was also very plentiful and beautifully presented. The room seems to have just been renovated and the restroom and wash area are clean. The view from the window is a peaceful mountain view, perfect for relaxing. The time you spend gazing out at the scenery after taking a bath is very happy and makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.It is a quiet hot spring area that is the complete opposite of the bustle of Kusatsu Onsen, so it is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing and quiet time.

The room has been renovated and is beautiful. The food is also very delicious, with a lot of ingredients from the mountains. There are a variety of drinks that go well with the food, so I'm very satisfied. In the winter, the family bath is a little lukewarm, so you probably won't be able to take a bath. Also, there is no shower in the family bath, so you will just have to take a bath. Couples who want to enter as a couple have to enter separately in winter, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I entered the inn, the scent of incense made me feel very relaxed and I was very happy.
