It was a very clean inn, with tatami mats throughout, including the elevator, and both the room and bathroom. I was looking forward to the open-air bath, which had a panoramic view of the city of Ueda (?), and the temperature wasn't too high, so I was able to soak in it leisurely. The people at the hostel were also very nice. I also received a free ticket to the Daishi-no-Yu bath right in front of the hotel.

It was nice that you didn't need slippers because the entire building was tatami-matted. I don't know because I didn't have dinner, but the breakfast had a wide variety of things such as hoba miso, hot spring steamed rice, and tofu, and they were all very delicious. The bath is on the 7th floor with a nice view and a gentle hot spring bath. After changing genders around 8pm, you can take a bath until 10am. The inside of the hotel is clean and there are services such as welcome drinks and morning coffee.

Among the ryokans in Bessho Onsen, I chose this one because it allows you to enjoy the open-air hot springs on the rooftop! The rooftop hot spring was small, but it was nice to be able to enjoy the coolness even in the summer. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the customer service was very satisfactory. The last time for dinner is 6:30, which is a bit early, so if your plan includes dinner, we recommend visiting early.

I used it for my 9 month old son's hot spring debut. The private bath was hot, but I was told that I could adjust the temperature by adding water, so I added water and made it to just the right temperature. My son seemed surprised by the smell and atmosphere of the hot spring at first, but once he got into the hot water, he seemed to feel good.Baby food was also provided, and porridge was served in a pot at night, and we, the parents, were very happy with the pot.The taste of the baby food was also delicious. It was a private room, so even if my son started to get restless midway through, I didn't have to worry about people watching, and I was able to sleep comfortably on the tatami mats. The landlady was friendly, all the staff were smiling and cheerful, and my son was treated to a lot of love, so I'm glad I chose this inn for my son's first trip.

I stayed there for one night the other day.First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous yet friendly customer service from the staff, and I was surprised at how customer service can make such a difference. The food was so delicious that I ate my fill in both breakfast and dinner.I took a bath in both the men's and women's baths, but I felt that I would be satisfied with either one. POLA's shampoo and conditioner were of good quality, and it was also helpful that they had makeup remover.I was given a free ticket to the outdoor bath at the front desk, and I took a bath in the stone bath. The water was nice and hot.Kitamukai Kannon-do Hall is about a 5-minute walk away and the night view is spectacular, so I highly recommend checking it out.It was an inn I would like to stay at again.

I visited for a family celebration. The space in the inn where you can go barefoot was very comfortable for families with children. We had breakfast and dinner and both were very delicious. I tasted the food for a 5-year-old child, and it was so delicious that even an adult's mouth would fall.I was very grateful that the Nakai staff were kind and kind to the children. My children have said they would like to stay again, so I would like to visit again.
