I stayed alone in a room that could accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 loft beds and 1 queen size bed. The room was very spacious and clean. There was no one in the lobby, and check-in was done using a tablet to confirm the room code. The entrance to the building also locks automatically and the PIN number is sent to you via email in advance, so there were several people checking their email at the entrance without knowing it.

If there are multiple people checking in, one person needs to sign and click "Next" to allow the second person to sign and confirm the information. After all confirmations are completed, the room number and password will be given. The password is used to enter the room.Room: The biggest problem is that the lighting is too dim, but there are no other problems. There is storage space and an adjustable reading light at the bedside. The mattress is thin and the pillows are low, but it is not bad to sleep on.The toilet is separated from the bathroom, and basic supplies such as combs, razors, and shower caps are provided. Toothbrushes and tea bags can be obtained from the public space on the first floor. Only shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are provided, but no body lotion is provided.Public space on the 1st floor: You can use general tableware, pots, pans and other items for free. There is also a large refrigerator to freeze things. You can wash and put them back after use. You can also cook and eat here.There is only one elevator, and there are toilets and luggage storage space on the first floor.There are several parking spaces in B1, first come first served. If you can't park, there is a paid parking lot next to it, which is very convenient.Attached is a 2-minute walk to 7-11, and a 3-minute walk to Otaru Station and Don Quixote. Remember that when using a tablet to check in, you must take a photo of the room password and record it, because the password will be displayed for 60 seconds before jumping away, and there is no service staff here, so it is more troublesome to contact you.The location is 100 points, and the service is pretty good. It is very convenient as it is close to Otaru Station and buses are easily accessible. We also had a comfortable loft-style room where four people could stay. Security is also good so you can stay with peace of mind.

It is very close to the station and supermarket. You can buy a lot of delicious food and cook it back. There are vegetarians in the family. When eating out in Otaru, only rice balls can satisfy the hunger. Fortunately, the hotel has a kitchen for use. It is really pleasant to cook in the big kitchen. The whole family can help together. The hotel The equipment is quite complete and quite new. The washing machine can be washed, unloaded and dried for free, but there are only two of them. You must use them early, otherwise you will have to wait until midnight. The room space is enough for three people, the supplies are sufficient, and the public space is very comfortable. Only our family eats there. The password lock is very convenient to enter and exit. A link will be sent to guests before check-in. You can fill in the information first and check in is very fast. I really like this hotel. I like it so much that I want to stay here in other cities in Japan. The only thing that surprised us was that we had forgotten to take away the bracelet and ID. When we looked for them again, they had been thrown into the garbage bag. Fortunately, the cleaning staff helped to retrieve them.

I sent a message the day before and the hotel didn't reply. On the day of check-in, I was stuck at the door for almost two hours before providing the pin code. I suggest travelers not to affect their travel mood in order to save a small amount of money.

Good value and spacious room for 1 person. But the window is super small with no view. I have no problem check in but it doesn’t have free parking. You have to park next door cost 800 a night. It’s clean and basic. Location is good as it’s next to fish market for food. But it’s far from the canel.
