The service is low compared to the price.I have stayed at many hotels with similar prices, but this is the first time I have stayed at an inn without such service! First of all, there is no welcome drink, food, or late night snack. There was only a coffee machine in the lobby and herbal tea that I made myself. It broke down in the morning and it wouldn't be fixed until the contractor came.I thought they would do something about it, but they just told me that.In the end, it wasn't in the room, so I had to drink it. I couldn't do it. Herbal teas are either liked or disliked, so at least black tea and green tea should be kept. There is a pitcher of water in the refrigerator in the room and paid drinks.Nowadays, you should use bottled water for hygiene purposes.I don't need to pay, so please at least empty it.The entrance to the detached bathroom was so dark that I tripped and fell.It was dark inside and I couldn't see the color of the ice cream, so when it came out, it tasted completely different than I expected.Very dangerous! The bathroom was so crowded that I might have stayed at an inn where I met people like this for the first time in a while. In the end, I gave up on taking a bath and took the open-air bath in my room. The food was pretty much the same as the one I saw when I went there, nothing particularly elaborate.Dessert is always the same bucket of panna cotta and is unappealing.Meal times are either early or late at 5:30 or 7:30, so it's a problem that the usual 6:00 is not available. The thing that surprised me the most was the massage! There was no private room and the massage came to the guest room. There are many stairs, making it inconvenient and old-fashioned that you can't believe it was built several years ago.Where on earth is this accommodation fee going to come from? I couldn't help but wonderThere are many inns with the same price and great service, so I won't return unless they change.

Kai Poroto. It was wonderful.I could see wild deer strolling from my room's bath toward the front garden and lake, which made my heart feel calm. And I would definitely like to visit Sankaku no Yu again and again. It has become my favorite hot spring in Hokkaido. It has become my favorite hotel in Hokkaido and I have already visited three times in different seasons. The open-air bath of Sankaku-no-Yu in winter was the best.

It was a wonderful stay.I was able to spend a comfortable trip with the friendly and warm-hearted staff.I was traveling with my young daughter, and she was very attentive and spoke warmly to me, and she enjoyed it very much. The food was also very delicious. The Shiraoi beef was so refreshing that it made my cheeks fall.I also felt moisturized after taking a bath.I hadn't learned much about the Ainu, so to be honest, the decorations were a bit bland, but I liked the large windows in the room and the fireplace in the lobby.I think the good thing about this inn is not the facilities, but the personality and service of the staff.it was fun.

You can get there in just over an hour by car from Chitose.Next to the hotel is Upopoi, a symbolic space for ethnic coexistence where you can learn about Ainu culture, and there is also a roadside station nearby, making it ideal for sightseeing. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice.

Avoid going there after dark, as the roads are poorly lit and difficult to find.Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation, the meals are very stylish and the room is very comfortableIn the morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the view of Lake Borodo was right in front of me. The Ainu-style hot spring hut was very designed and comfortable, and lived up to the reputation of the Jie series of hotels.

10 minutes by bus from Shiraoi StationIt's a 1 minute walk away and is easily accessible by train. There is also a 7-Eleven in front of Shiraoi Station. The view from the room is very good and you can see the red roofs, trees, and Lake Poroto, and it feels like you are in a foreign country.Lake Poroto can be seen from the triangular hot spring.Lake Poroto can be seen from the women's bath.It was. The scenery is nice. The temperature of the open-air bath is low.You can do it slowly.I went on a weekday, so the hot springs wereIt was never crowded. We could see many stars at night. The meal isIt was also fun to look at.There's nothing to praise in particular. It was delicious as usual. Most of the guests were quiet. On the day I stayed, I had the impression that there were very few foreigners. The customer service was typical of KAI, and everyone was smiling and polite. To enjoy the scenery and relaxI think it's a good hotel.

A unique resort. The open-air hot springs have a boundless feeling on the shores of Lake Porodo. Special hot spring quality: coffee-colored plant-based brown charcoal hot spring, the skin is super smooth and tender after soaking. This time I stayed in a special room, and the view of the open-air bath in the room was so beautiful. For dinner, we had Hokkaido Hairy Crab Hotpot for an additional price. It tasted particularly sweet and fresh.

Design: Takushi Nakamura. It is built on the shores of Lake Poroto, where there was once an Ainu kotan (village). The design draws the lake into the grounds, which changes its appearance vividly with the seasons, and all 42 guest rooms have lake views. The guest rooms are inspired by Ainu chise (houses), and the lounge incorporates an aopei (hearth), giving the space a sense of respect for the Ainu people. Sankaku-no-yu, which has an open-air bath that juts out into the lake, is especially special. Everyday stress will melt away in the gentle hot water.
