A vacation village near Cape Irago in Mikawa Bay Quasi-National Park. Pronounced irago. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, but since the building is on flat land, there is basically no sea view from the room. However, from the Manten Terrace, which is accessible 24 hours a day from the 3rd floor to the rooftop, you can enjoy sunsets (Yugure Manten Café), ships (there is a bulletin board for the passage of large ships), and the starry sky (Starry Sky Manten Terrace). Sunset and sunrise times are posted at the front desk.It is introduced with a photo that Kisho Kurokawa was involved in the building. It is a 3-story building with guest rooms on the 1st to 3rd floors. It's almost 60 years old, so deterioration and slippage are unavoidable.Although it is not a hot spring, the indoor bath has a list of herbal baths and medicines that change monthly, and the outdoor bath has three baths: carbonated bath and milky bath. The Mikazuki-no-Yu (old) and Mangetsu-no-Yu (new) baths open until midnight and from 5:00 a.m., and the genders change at night and in the morning. Located on the second floor, the view is of the front garden and in the distance towards Cape Irago.Dinner includes a choice of courses and seasonal Kaiseki dishes such as puffer fish and spiny lobster. The Atsumi Peninsula is known as a vegetable production area. The beef is Mikawa beef. The restaurant is on the first floor and has a view of the front garden. Breakfast buffet from 7am.There are courses that include melon and strawberry picking.Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and TV is terrestrial/BS.

At check-in, I heard that a group of students was staying there. Even though he wasn't wearing a mask in the lobby, he was chatting in public. Sneeze without covering your mouth. Masks are not a must, but I think it's a moral issue. Even though I had confirmed that it would be okay to use the bathroom after 9:00 pm because a student group was using it until 9:00 pm, I went out of my way to change the time to after 9:00 pm, and yet I was putting on makeup in the changing room. Hair was scattered in the changing room, and plastic bags were never replenished. This seems to overlap breakfast time in the morning, but I am not satisfied. I wish I could rent it out. If you are studying at a university in Kansai, you don't have to come all the way to Aichi.I wish the accommodation side had contacted me in advance. If there was a group, we changed the date and the accommodation. Words and actions that were said on the day that made me question my morals. It's just a shame. I'll refrain from going next time.

The room was clean and I was able to take a relaxing break with the tatami mats for the first time in a while 😊*There are melon farmers and sales offices, but the prices were the same as at supermarkets in Tokyo's Chuo Ward.*Posters are available at the Toba Port ferry terminal.

I was able to spend a very relaxing time☆It doesn't have a glamorous, luxurious feel. There was a spacious lobby with drink service, a spacious and comfortable bath, a buffet with a wide variety of menus, and a nice reading space at night. The main building is said to have been designed by Kisho Kurokawa, and perhaps this is the effect of its laid-back, relaxing feel?I want to go again with my family!

I used it on a family trip. Most vacation villages are full and lively, but this one had only a few cars parked in the large parking lot and there was no sign of anyone, so I was nervous to check in.There were only a few general guests, but there was also a group of over 100 students staying there, and we were given explanations about bathing and meal times. The building overall felt old, but it was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. However, the view from the room was different from the vacation villages I've used so far, and there was nothing in sight, and I didn't get the feeling that I was located near the sea at all. There are plenty of baths available, including a Kikiri bath (peach bath in July), a muddy bath, and a carbonated bath.We had a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and I felt that the quality and quantity of the food was of a high standard.(However, I didn't understand why it was called "Asian Fair.")To be honest, if you ask me if I would use it again, I'm a little unsure about it, including the location, but I'm not disappointed, and I think a 4 star rating is appropriate.
