The best place to do something instead of doing nothing. With just the right amount of service and facilities, this guesthouse is perfect for relaxing and relaxing.I think it will be irresistible for those who like Showa retro things like retro TVs and black telephones. The kitchen is also spacious and fully stocked with equipment. The bath only has a shower, but there are two hot spring facilities nearby, so that's not a problem. It's a truly wonderful place that I want to return to every year.

Thank you for staying with me for 2 nights and 3 days. The guest rooms are traditional Japanese-style rooms where you can relax and relax. There are two day-trip hot springs nearby, so you can enjoy them on different days. The shared space looked like a cafe, and for a limited time, Smile Spice and Shimokawa Spice were holding a ``Tokyo Rental Curry'' event.I had the special curry and the butter chicken curry for the kids, and it was very delicious. The students were also staying there and they played table tennis with the kids and they were very nice.I've even said that the next time I go to Sadogashima, I'll go to Hanaya-san.

This is one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in - and I have stayed in hundreds! This building feels like stepping back in time. The room and furniture are lovely, with huge windows overlooking over the street. However, I wish the bath was filled with water.

I was here on a enrichment program with (SDC) and I would build a strong bond with the group I traveled with and I think it was all thanks to this guest house and the owner and his families hospitality. From the community oriented rooms, to the community spaces like, the table tennis table / meeting room which was popular and a great bonding activity or the living room with it’s massage chair and puzzles in the sitting area. This guest house was truly one in a billion and I wouldn’t have traded that experience for anything else in the world. Great trip, great group, great host, and great hospitality ! - Xavi ( 23’)

Although the building is old, I was able to spend a relaxing time with my wife thanks to the clean rooms and the wonderful hospitality of the owner. It was a great memory of my trip to Sadogashima.

As it was a former ryokan, it felt like we were staying at an inn itself, and it was more comfortable than the price.I can highly recommend it, including the location.

First of all, the owner of the inn is a really nice person. He seems to have moved here about 10 years ago, and can tell you about many of Sado's charms, including tourist attractions. The guest rooms are originally a repurposed inn that was famous in the area, and are spacious Japanese-style rooms with washbasins, and are of a high quality that you wouldn't expect from a guest house. You can use the kitchen (complete with dishes, refrigerator, cooking utensils, etc.), and you can also hang out your wet clothes from playing in the sea on the shared balcony (this is surprisingly important).I went there with three of my best friends of 15 years, and it was a great experience that will last a lifetime, with the rich nature of Sado Island, the warmth of the local people including the owner, and the wonderful accommodation. . This time, thank you very much! I will definitely visit again.

What kind of image do you have when you hear the word “guest house”? That concept was overturned for me.The owner and the rest of the inn also have information, photos, and items such as drums that will make you feel at home. The inn was clean and had a calming Japanese-style room. You can also wash your clothes and dry them on the large balcony. It was very helpful for me because I did sea activities. (Embarrassingly, I forgot my jersey, and the owner kindly lent me one.) There are showers, but the hot springs nearby are also the best part of the trip. The nearby supermarket closes around 7pm, but don't worry, you can borrow the large refrigerator in the hostel. Everyone used the pens to write their names neatly (you can also borrow plates and chopsticks). The fact that only the other guests had good manners may be due to the overall atmosphere of this inn. If you visit Sado Island, be sure to check it out.
