Dinner was disappointing with not many items. I'd like you to think about it a little. 😡

It's impossible for it to be open for business. At tennis training camps, you can attract customers without making any effort. There are hygiene issues. It smells musty and it's hard to breathe. …

I went on a tour, and although I had made a reservation over the phone, they weren't available, and I was told that although they had rooms, they couldn't prepare meals. We are not accepting reservations. They introduced me to some delicious small restaurants in the neighborhood and of course provided transportation, so I can say it was a good experience.

No, it's terrible.I wanted to use this sand bath so I called to ask questions. After a long wait, I was greeted by someone who said, ``This is Hotel New Shirako,'' like a local Yankee, and in a low voice. At that time, the signal was bad and the audio was garbled, but they yelled, "Hello!!! Can you hear me?" When I finally got through and asked a question, they repeated "This is Hotel New Shirako" like a broken robot. In the end, the game was cut off. It's unbelievable... I won't be using this place again, let alone calling them.

I used the facility for tennis. The facility is old and has a musty smell, and there is sand in the hallways. When was it cleaned? …

I stayed here to play tennis, but the only impression I got was that it was lifeless and gloomy. ||I was envious of how clean the other hotels nearby were. …
