The intermediary's response was quick, but when it turned out that the problem itself was difficult to resolve (as it wasn't a facility problem), they asked me to stay overnight even though I couldn't even use the toilet. .It seems that the host and the intermediary company are not coordinating well and have not designed a response when a problem occurs. When the problem occurred, the host seemed to be absent, and the intermediary was unable to confirm the host's response, resulting in ambiguous responses. I would like to request that you take appropriate measures in the future, such as providing alternative accommodation.I also wondered if the host was not available to respond immediately.In addition, since it is located deep in the mountains, if you were to stay here and had any trouble, I think it would be a very difficult situation. I cannot recommend it as a place to stay.

I found out after I decided to stay that the hotel was rated 1, so I had no choice but to stay there.I stayed here. It was definitely rated 1 (0)! Anyway, it's unkind! By the time I got there, there was a rope fence on the road that I couldn't pass, so I called the manager, but he said he didn't understand, so I ended up removing the rope myself and walking up a very steep slope. I went up!This slope is also very scary, there is no explanation of how to get into Shigenya, and as mentioned in a comment from a year ago, there are places where there is no electricity or outlets. The hot water in the bath is cloudy. There was no replacement toilet paper, and there was only a small amount of paper in the holder, so if you ran out, you would have to go down the mountain and buy some.He said he would pay if I could show him the receipt. No, no, I don't want to walk up and down that ridiculous hill!There are no curtains in the sleeping area!It looks like a villa area, but why is it in such a place?This is the place! Are there moths flying around, dead insects, dust, and cleaning? That's what it feels like.

too poorThe environment was in poor condition in every aspect.There were some parts where there was no electricity.Also, the floor was slanted and there were parts that were dented, so I felt uneasy about sleeping on it.The kitchen utensils provided were covered with unidentifiable brown stains, so I didn't feel like using them.I also find it unpleasant that there are no curtains in the attic, which is treated as a bedroom, except for the bathroom, so it's completely visible from the outside.Furthermore, there were bugs scattered throughout every room, so I had to start by cleaning up the bugs on the futon, on the ceiling, on the floor, etc.The bed on the first floor was dirty with powder that looked like wood chips that had fallen from the ceiling, and the ceiling was limp to the touch, so I was reluctant to sleep in the attic.I can't recommend using it because the condition was so bad that I couldn't give up on anything else.To make matters worse, the access was extremely poor, and the slope near the entrance was so steep that it was impossible to climb it in a light vehicle.I hope this will be of some help to those who are considering using it next time.
