We stayed with 2 families of 6 people for one night. It was about a 10 minute walk to Zaimokuza Beach, and there were restaurants nearby, so it was very convenient. Although it was an old folk house, it was clean and the bagels we had for breakfast were delicious. The staff were also kind and courteous.

The exterior looks a little old, but the interior has been renovated and is very clean. Also, we had all the daily necessities found in a typical home, so we had a very comfortable stay. The staff was also very courteous.

It was my first time staying in a private lodging, but I thought it would be great to rent it out. It feels like you're visiting a friend's house. It was a long time since I had a sleepover party. It was a fun stay at a reasonable accommodation with good cost performance.I was surprised that even though it was an old bathroom, it had been cleaned without any mold.It was helpful that there were many outlets. It would be nice if there was a Bluetooth speaker if I had the desire. There aren't many restaurants around, but I made a reservation at a restaurant in Kamakura and took a walk along the seaside from Zushi Marina.I enjoyed the beautiful sunset. The sea breeze on the way back felt nice. It's better if there's a convenience store nearby so you can do some shopping.Breakfast bagels and soup were delicious. When I introduced it to my relatives, many of them expressed interest in using it.

Very cozy home 🫶🏼 A bit far from supermarkets and conbinis BUT ambiance was lovely it was well worth the price and the walk. The house is pretty big, enough to accommodate a big family/friend group. If you like the sea and watching the sun rise or set, the beach is just a 10 minute walk away. We went last february 5th and the weather was wonderful! We had a very relaxing stay. Would like to come back again 💛

Impressions of staying overnight with a family that values opennessThe good thing is that・An old folk house tastefully arranged.・You can connect to a support assistant over the phone until 10pm for peace of mind.・The accommodation was spacious and the dining table was large, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.・The staff helped me change my check-in time and waited in the cold when I was late for a meeting.Points I would like to improve are:1. After looking at the description of ``viewing the city'' and the introductory photo of the view, I realized that the view was good, but in reality, the inn is on a hill with no view from within the access range. I feel betrayed because I value openness.2. Self-check-in was not possible, so meeting with the staff and adjusting schedules was tiring for a family with small children and elderly people. I apologize for keeping the staff waiting. I apologized to the family for walking so fast from the parking lot with my children and the elderly. If there is a tourist spot nearby, it would be better if you could leave your family behind and check in by yourself.3. I felt pressure from the neighbors because there was a notice saying that I was not allowed to smoke at the entrance. I was disappointed because I was looking for a sense of openness.4. It's a small thing, but this is the first time I've been to a hotel that doesn't have soy sauce. There isn't a parking lot nearby if you just want to buy soy sauce. I ended up eating sashimi with salt.

There are good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the perfect location where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing time while enjoying the spectacular view of Enoshima and Fuji near Zushi Marina. This time, I used it to develop a new project with my friends, but the 1st and 2nd floors were separated so male and female participants could have separate bedrooms, so I felt safe.Additionally, on the 2nd floor, there was a spacious table space and folding space that could accommodate 6 to 7 people, so everyone could spread out the imitation paper, write on cards, and have fun brainstorming ideas. We came up with the best ideas and everyone was happy. It also has stationery such as sellotape and curing tape, and I felt that this was the perfect space for small group planning meetings and study sessions. (There is also a monitor set up in a good position, so you can display slides and videos.)Lastly, the bagels and soup (curry and vegetables) for breakfast were extremely delicious, and it was very reasonable to stay one night with breakfast included.I would like to use it again when planning.

A quaint Japanese house to stay in. A little difficult to get to as you got to walk a bit to get to it: Parking is about less than 5 minutes walk away. However, I must say that it’s worth staying for the experience. Everything is quite vintage. It can get quite cold if it rains so the heaters help.
