It was very clean, well located and comfortable. Close to Yuigahama Beach, Lawson, and Hase Station, and within walking distance of the Great Buddha and Hase Kannon. There is also a large common space where you can relax and eat delivery food.Cleanliness, good location, Typical Japanese Style house. It's located near Yuigahama beach, train station HASE. A mini super(LAWSON) is nearby (3min by walk). It's available to eat delivery food or lunch box at the shared space. Kamakura Daibutsu and Hase Kannon are within walking distance from Sun-sui.

I stayed here for one night with my family of 3! The owners are very friendly and pleasant, and we had a very comfortable stay. I stayed in a Western-style room with a bed on the second floor in a recently opened Japanese-style house. It was a great location, 1 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes walk to the convenience store, and walking distance to the Great Buddha and Hasedera Temple! I would love to stay again! Kamakura Station is also about 10 minutes away by train. Recommended for sightseeing in Kamakura. The Hase area is quieter and calmer than the area around Kamakura Station, and best of all, it's right next to the ocean!Stayed over night with my family at the room with three beds.The house is owned by very friendly, sweet owner couple.It's located at 1 min.walk from Yuigahama beach and 2min. walk from convenience store.The room was newly furnished and very comfortable. Had a relaxing time at the communal space which has a big screen TV, microwave, fridge and free cool and hot water dispenser.Also loved the Japanese simple interior such as pebble garden.Easy access to Daibutsu and Hase temple etc... also only 10 mins. train ride to Kamakura station. I highly recommend to stay in Hase area as it's much more quieter, relaxing than staying around Kamakura station. So happy that we stayed at Sun sui as we just looved being so closed to the ocean!Big thank you to the owner, Hide for warm welcome! If you are a surfer, talk to him about waves as he is a good surfer!

Easy access to both beach & big buddha.After a strode of Kamakura, we can get back to the guesthouse with bring-in meals at common space or stay outside at local restaurants.Friendly owner gives us a precise guide for restaurants and routes for temples and Japanese style relaxing private room is just as nice as expected.
