Don't come here!1.The lobby is very cold in winter and has no heating2.The room was very dirty, with garbage left by guests, no hangers to hang clothes, no TV, no refrigerator, and no table!3.The bathroom is very messy, there are underwear left by guests in the cabinet, the water flow is very small, and it is very cold to take a bath in winter!I already have a cold!4.Breakfast is included, but the breakfast is very poor, only toast and cereal!If you have any other choice, don't live here! Just finished a 7 day stay at Sakurasou Lodge in Nozawaonsen and we had a brilliant time. Hosts are really great and helpful, room was fantastic for our family of 4 and the location close to Nagasaka Gondola is unbeatable. Great tips from hosts on restaurants etc. Breakfast is fine, shower pressure could be a little better. Look forward to returning.
